A Fabulous Home

We really enjoyed our stay. This home is perfect! Beautiful location on the lake, and we really appreciated being in a secluded location off the main road. Close to so many activities and options, while still remaining private. Bedroom arrangements worked perfectly for 2 families, each with children. This is one of the best homes we have ever rented. Even better, the owner is incredibly communicative, letting us know every detail we needed in advance. Would not hesitate to book again!

Conesus Lake Cottage

A cozy, extremely well-appointed lakeside cottage fit for couples or larger family groups. Kitchen is fully equipped for the most discerning chefs, with a lovely dining room that can accommodate large dinner parties. The lakeside porch and outside patio provide perfect venues for enjoyment of the lake. This cottage is located off the main road in a quiet community for the perfect vacation.

Very Enjoyable Say

This is a beautiful 2 story home with an incredible view. It is right on the lake. We enjoyed the porch, dock, paddle board, and kayak. It has all the amenities needed and is not far from the nearby towns. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Beautiful house and the perfect area

This was an amazing place to stay. The house is located on a street off the main road and is very quiet so you can enjoy the sound of the water. The porch was the perfect place to sit and relax.

Week at the lake with family

We had such a wonderful time at this lovely, well-stocked lake house. Lynn had everything that we could need there, including all sorts of kids' books. All of us read on the back screened in porch everyday. Very clean house, so nicely decorated, updated kitchen, bathrooms, comfortable beds. We all fell in love with the porches. Have already asked to book again next summer.

Beautiful home and Lication

We loved everything about this place for family members of all ages. The home was warm and inviting with everything we needed from the kitchen to fun on the lake. The yard that was free of steps with a flat beach area close to the house made it easy and safe to play with and watch the kids. The screened in porch offered a view and another perfect place to enjoy family meals, games and the little ones. We also enjoyed family celebrations around the large dining room table. The location was private but close to Wegmans, strawberry picking, pizza and go kart fun! Communication with the owner was easy and friendly. We highly recommend this place for a Conesus vacation.

Relaxing stay in a great location

Accommodations were exactly as described on a quiet lake community with lots of fun stuff to do at the lake as well as local fun for hiking, golfing, go carts. We had 6 people stay and the place was very comfortable with everything we needed to enjoy our time. Full kitchen with the grill made it easy for us to make meals plus lots of good restaurants close by. Had a great time and would definitely do it again in the future

Absolutely Wonderful

The cottage was lovely. Every detail was well thought out from the well appointed kitchen to the outdoor spaces! We loved being directly on the lake. We brought kayaks and a boat and were able to access the boat from the dock. The screen porch was the perfect place for lake side breakfast. The beds were very comfortable and the decor was simply charming. I would highly recommended a vacation here!

I would rent this property again in a heart beat!

We met the owner she was extremely helpful with letting us know where we could park our trailer. The cottage is a lot nicer then the pictures. We all loved the place and we’ll always have lasting memories.

Awesome lake home!

This lakehome was perfect for our family to attend a wedding and also to relax and unwind for a couple of days. Only 35 miles from the Rochester airport, 10 minutes from grocery stores, a beautiful home with some fun surprises! A couple of bedrooms had sleeping porches that we loved to put our bags in to have easy access to our stuff without having our stuff all over where we slept. They’d be perfect for parents with little kids to stay right with them and also to have a bit of privacy. The rooms were so nice as were the bathrooms. The kitchen was well-thought out and beautifully, done. There was a dock where you could keep a boat, if you bring one. Our favorite spot was the sun porch, with three walls of windows with screens. It was like being outside without the bugs. Everything was so tidy. There is a washer and drier, ac, dishwasher, everything you might need for a family trip. We’d definitely recommend this home and would love to stay again.

Wonderful and relaxing 2 weeks

Found the home very clean on arrival. Pleasant & timely communications with the owner. Many recent improvements have been made with this home. Cozy and charmingly decorated. Modern or new appliances. Home had nearly every thing you might need in the kitchen except beach towels, crock pots & griddle(which we brought along ourselves.. Totally enjoyed the calm and peaceful enclosed porch right near edge of water. Since temps were high the upstairs sleeping porch's were quite warm but AC in bedrooms and downstairs living & dining rooms was sufficient to keep us quite comfortable. Thank you Lynn for a wonderful get-a-way for our two couples. Will very happily come back again .
