We loved the Lake view and the deck overlooking the lake. Fireplace was great to have in the evening when it cooled down.

Wonderful lake view. Enjoyed the fire pit on our last night. Restaurant recommendations and gift certificates left for them were great! We especially enjoyed breakfast at the Little Lake Brewery (twice!). There were 5 of us and we were all very comfortable in the house. Thank you! We would definitely stay here again!

Everything about Tim's lake house was perfect. Location, parking, views, well-equipped kitchen, large bedrooms, updated bathroom, wifi, firepit, deck, etc. Great place for 4-6 adults and/or a couple of families. Very reasonable nightly rate. Definitely will stay here again next time I'm in the area.

Everything was great! The place was clean and welcoming! Just one small suggestion: we didn’t mind doing the extra bit of cleaning, but dong it all before 10 is a bit early. Maybe change the checkout time to at least 11? 5 bedrooms with sheets and all towels washed and dried takes some time.Other than that we had the best time! We wanted for nothing!! Thank you so much Tim!

The house is very cozy, clean and organized. The fireplace, paddle boat and kayaks were a nice touch to the fun activities of the lake too. We were confused when we found the clean bed sheets folded over the comforters of the beds for us to set them up when we first arrived but it is probably a habit for VRBO. I’m used to mattresses already having sheets on before guests arrive.Nonetheless, 10/10 experience overall!

Wonderful stay on the lake

We enjoyed our stay at Tim’s property. The house was perfect for our needs and the lake was gorgeous. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was very clean and well appointed would definitely rent again.

Beautiful house.

The best stocked kitchen of any place we have ever stayed. Loved the extras- all bathroom and beach towels, all bedding, laundry soap, dish soap, games, listing of activities and places to eat close by. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Great cottage by the lake

The cottage is well kept. We used the kayaks and the fire pit. The kids loved the cottage. Tim was very responsive.

Great stay on Conesus Lake

We enjoyed our stay and our time at the Finger Lakes and several surrounding state parks. Tim was easy to communicate with ahead of time. Checking in and out was easy. Nice surrounding area and beautiful house on Conesus Lake. We were greeted by welcome gifts which was a nice surprise. The house was clean and well-appointed. We had a lot of fun using the kayaks. Highly recommend this house and Tim!

Nice House with a View

We very much enjoyed our time at Tim’s House on the Lake. Everything that we needed was there while we explored Letchworth SP and the Conesus area. Tim was great and hw called after our stay to make sure that all was well. We especially liked the upstairs master bedroom with the great view. Apparently he also arranged for a thunder and lightning show for us to enjoy from the living room. All in all a comfy experience.

Very nice vintage house. Communication with owner was great and they gave us some great gifts. This was a surprise and was well received by all guests.

Loved this property in Conesus, NY

We had an amazing stay!! Upon entering the house, we had a welcome packet with gift cards to local places & a helpful guide to places to eat, hike and shop. I fished every day off the dock and we enjoyed making a fire at night for smores. Tim was extremely helpful prior to arrival with some questions & the process was easy coming & going. Thank you for a great vacation ❤️

Nice place and neighborhood, but ???

Nice area. Place is clean. Just didn't cared for doing all the linens and sheets before 10am check out time. Maybe noontime would be a better time so that way, a lot of small town businesses would be open to shop before leaving town. Overall for the price of the house, you couldn't beat it.

Great Views, Plenty of Space

There is so much to love about the lake house. It's spacious enough for 3 families with children, beautiful views of the lake, fully stocked with essentials, and very nice rooms. We would definitely stay again. My only negative comment is that being asked to mop, vacuum, wash, dry, fold everything, clean all surfaces etc. Its a lot to ask to leave the house the way I found it and check out by 10am.

Nice lake house

Comfortable beds. We stayed in winter, so we weren't able to use the lake, but it had a beautiful view! Older home in decent condition. Nothing fancy, but it met our needs well, and we had a great time.

Conesus Lake is close to Rochester and Geneseo and has great restaurants and fishing. The water is warm, the people are nice and it is a fun lake to come to. Minnehans Fun Center is great for the kids with go karts and mini golf and batting cages. There are multiple museums and antique shops nearby.

We chose Conesus Lake because of the quaintness of the lake and area. The little convenience store, Shoreless Acres is adorable. The lake is beautiful. The afternoon breezes are refreshing. The kids love to fish off the dock. The Conesus Lake Ring of Fire on July 3 has more fireworks than anywhere you have ever seen.
