Clean and decorated beautifully. Waking distance to village shops and restaurants. Peaceful Outdoor deck. Amenities provided such as laundry soap were appreciated. Beautiful neighborhood!

Beautiful, clean property in a quiet neighborhood with paved walking trail access to Haile Village shops and restaurants. Fantastic communication with host. Really enjoyed our 10 day stay and hope to be back very soon.

Claudia's townhouse was perfect for me and by 9 year old daughter. Very clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. Claudia was super communicative and helpful. We had a lovely week there.

Cute and Convenient

Very quaint TH with easy access to Hale village. Also close to UF amenities and shopping. We love the area and its trails, woods and charm. Claudia was very on top of our stay and while it was easy and uneventful clearly wanted us to enjoy our visit. Thanks!

Delightful Stay!

This was a last minute stay and we couldn’t be happier. We’ve stayed at Claudia’s properties before and this were equally impressed with her attention to detail, communication, and of course, the accommodations. Beds were so comfortable, porch with bistro lights perfect for our morning coffee and there were some toys/games to occupy the kids attention. There’s a walking trail next to the unit that connects to the village and we enjoyed hearing the music from the farmers market Saturday morning while having our coffee. Claudia is the ultimate host and we will be back!!

Haile Plantation Townhouse

We spent one week in this quiet and clean townhouse. The location was perfect, just a short drive to the Alachua County Sports Center. The townhouse was also just around the corner from the Village Center, with shops, restaurants and a farmer’s market. The neighborhood surrounding the unit was very pleasant, with sidewalks taking us through some impressive real estate. I would recommend this rental to anyone.

Wonderful Property

My wife and two kids stayed at Claudia's property for two nights. We went to Gainesville for the Florida vs LSU game. It is a wonderful property, very nicely renovated, in a family friendly, and quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend staying at this property to anyone. The reason for the four start review instead of a five is because on day two at the property the water heater went out on us. Instead of getting hot water for showers we got luke warm water, which was really not great. Especially after getting home from the game on a somewhat chilly Gainesville night. But, with all the care Claudia has put into the home, I would trust that she would remedy this issue right away. Claudia is a very responsive, friendly host. Again, I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Softball Weekend

Enjoyed our stay while attending a softball tournament in Newbury. This home was so adorable and it had everything we needed to be comfortable. Beds were very cozy and loved the local downtown and farmer's market. We would definitely stay there again.

Relaxing stay

Loved the condo-- needed some tub repair while we were there so that was out of use for our trip. Not a problem as we had a 2nd bathroom. Would love to stay again.

Best stay ever!

I cannot emphasize how great the host was to me. She was extremely accommodating, responded to my questions if not immediately, at least within 2 hours and the place was in excellent condition! If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Gainesville, this is the place!!!

Football weekend

We had a great weekend at this lovely condo. The space was clean and comfy and as described. Easy check in and communication with the host. My wife and daughter enjoyed walking to a nearby bakery / coffee shop for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to Gainesville/UF but in a serene, beautiful neighborhood.

Great walking paths with restaurants & coffee shops nearby. Hidden gem of an area just outside hustle and bustle of GNV proper. Townhome was very clean with comfy beds. Parking was easy peasy too. Owner was super easy to communicate with and WiFi was superb.

Wonderful neighborhood

Nice remod, well stocked unit. Best location in Gville, Haile Plantation is superb, farmers market on weekends is great. Only negative is the following and they are almost not worth mentioning but owner should be informed imo (front facade needs to be pressure washed and cleaning crew/lady is not very detailed, freezer was dirty and other minor issues, townhouse needs to be better cleaned all around and waste baskets would be nice in each bathroom)
