Great Beach House Fun in St. Augustine!

We had 10 people (friends and family) celebrate my wife's 60th birthday - everyone enjoyed themselves and were very impressed and happy with this beach house. House is great and right on the beach - everything as advertised! Highly recommended!

Location was awesome. Short walk to the beach and local coffee/donut/restaurants. Short drive to St. Augustine downtown. Alligator Farm was awesome.

Great house, great location

We loved the short walk to an uncrowded beach, the pool and hot tub, and the billiards table. Plenty of space on two levels, plus a rooftop deck to watch the sun rise. The Sunset Grille just down the street was a fun place to eat, and the alligator farm/zoo is worth a visit.

Amazing View for an amazing time

Thank you for sharing this beautiful beach house with our family. There was plenty of space for everyone and plenty of linens, kitchen utensils, dishes, cups and everything we needed. The beach access was perfect and everyone enjoyed the pool. It was a wonderful time for us.

Great Beach House

The property was great! The house was well appointed with plenty of space for the 9 of us. We enjoyed the deck and pool area when we weren't at the beach (such a short walk and you are there). The dining table seated 10 and was perfect for puzzle-making. Loved our experience there!

Great vacation at Sandy Cheeks!

This house was everything it claimed to be. We traveled with our adult children and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. We loved the easy access and close proximity to the beach. The pool and hot tub were great. We split our days between beach and pool. At night we were able to walk to a variety of restaurants. I highly recommend this property!

Birthday Getaway

We booked this home to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. This home was perfect for our family! It was exactly like what was advertised. Communication with the owners was great. The beach is right out the backyard. I would recommend this home especially if you have a large group. We would stay here again!

Post Graduation Kick- off to Summer

Our family and a couple of our daughter’s friends stayed at this fantastic beach house as a graduation gift. The website/photos cannot do justice to the amazing ocean views, the breeze and sounds of the beach, and the openness and size of the home for gatherings. The house is very well laid out with much thought put into the bedrooms and common areas with regard to both supplies and functionality. The neighborhood is perfect for walking access to great restaurants and shops. We live in Florida and have stayed at many St Augustine beach rentals and this has been our favorite—we look forward to staying here again someday!

Nicely remodeled, great location

We enjoyed our stay, the place was great for two families , we were 10 people, (with the giant couches the place could easily sleep more if they offered) very close to the beach and our favorite places (beachcomber, burrito works, mango mango’s, fiesta falls minigolf) Big living area and pool area. Pool and spa were nicely heated. Roof deck offers nice view of beach and sunrise which not a lot of other properties have. Kids enjoyed the pool table and Xbox room on the rainy days. Definitely consider again.

Was a great vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The location is fantastic. I was able to ride my bike on several 15 mile rides and felt very safe. The house is walking distance to several fantastic restaurants and really anything you could want is within a couple of miles. Beach access was easy, almost entirely level and convenient. View from the roof balcony was wonderful, and the variety of outdoor seating was fantastic. The provided poolside and outdoor furniture is top notch. Very comfortable and some of the best I’ve ever been around. The furnishings in the home were great. The beds we used were very comfortable, the linens were so good and the provided appliances, cookware, utensils and outdoor grill were fantastic. A great house in a wonderful location. We hope to come back again to this house.

Great location

This property is amazing! The location is perfect! It is literally only a few steps to the beach passage!! There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. It’s has beautiful views of the beach and ocean! The house itself is spotless! It’s updated and comfortable! It’s stocked with everything you will need. My teens loved the first floor set up with two large bedrooms, kitchen, and living space. The adults stated on the main floor which had 3 bedrooms, an open concept living space, and a great kitchen! The pool was warm and clean! I would definitely return to this property and highly recommend it!!!

Sandy Cheeks is amazing!

We had a blast! The home is beautiful! We loved everything about it! My family was so impressed and so was I! The pool, hot tub, and pool table were a huge hit! The beach was close and wonderful! Sandy Cheeks and Family

What a beautiful home to share by the sea shore! Our family enjoyed waking up in this well appointed home with ocean views just steps away from the beach. Spent many lazy afternoons by the water, surfing and sunning on the beach chairs provided by the owners. After the sea and dips in the house pool, we took the quick drive to St. Augustine for late afternoon walks and ice cream. Back to Sandy Cheeks as the sun set to make delicious meals on the poolside grill that we enjoyed on the grand 2nd floor deck with views of the ocean, feeling the sea breeze. The late evening were spent having fun with the many offerings of the house hosts-a great pool table, lots of games and puzzles and for the basketball fans, a great-big tv to watch March Madness. We all loved staying at Sandy Cheeks!

Beautiful property

The house was just as described and had many extras such as beach toys and chairs. Lots of dishes and pots and pans. Very clean. Owners very responsive when we discovered grill was in bad shape. Reimbursed us for renting one. Only problem we had was kitchen table. It had been painted and the paint was chipping off. With several small children this was not good. Remember to bring a large plastic tablecloth if staying here to cover the table. Pool and hot tub were warm and clean. Overall a very nice property.
