Worst rental I have ever stayed in
Misleading ad, this is not a house, but the bottom floor, you also do not get the 2 bedrooms advertised when searching for 2 people, just one. Although the kitchen was well equipped and the living area spacious the general standard of the appt was very poor. The bed was probably at least 50 years old, mattress was awful and you could barely walk around one side. The wardrobe door fell off on my partner's foot. You cannot sit out around the pool after 4pm for fear of getting bitten by insects. The windows of the property were left open when we arrived and I received over 100 bites on the first night. There were no instructions to work the TV and when asking about problems with connecting to WiFi I was told that I was the only person that could not connect! The property is dog friendly but has a supplement of 15 euros per day which is excessive...4 star hotels only charge 10! It is situated up a very steep hill from the village and the walk is not suitable for young children or older people. It is overlooked by the owners accommodation and a man came into our area to retrieve something from the pool (which we did not use) and walked right past the bedroom where I was stood in my underwear and looked in! Not impressed at all. We paid a lot of money for this holiday but were so unhappy that we left early and were so glad to leave
