Great place for a relaxing holiday

Peggy is very nice and helpful and the house has all the facilities you need with an extraordinary view over Cannes and the Golfe de la Napoule. Great pool and tennis court nearby and walking distance (allthough a bit steep!) to the beach. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to spend some great time in Théoule sur-Mer.

Fabulous property just a couple of minutes from Theoule Sur Mer and handy for Mandelieu, Cannes, Antibes etcBreathtaking views form the main terrace and even better from the main bedroom balcony overlooking the bay of Cannes.Really well equipped kitchen with views out to sea, nice outside shower(private) with a view. Private parking.The Sun terrace is a great area to have breakfast, relax and eat and drink. Just a couple of minutes to the beach and town by car (15-20 by foot) and 15 from a large supermarket.Peggy (the host) left us with clear instructions and was very helpful.Can't wait to go again.Perfect for families especially with the pool just yards away and air conditioning. Felt very private.

Bunk Beds

At 76 & 66 , we did not enjoy climbing ladders to go to bed ! The place should have one normal bed , We had a problem finding the place even with two GPS , but once there , the view was breath taking !! Great landlord .

Super location with a million dollar view

The house is clean and well equipped. The terrace around the house is a nice place to relax, but the spacious balcony upstairs is even better, with a panoramic view over Cannes. There are a lot of beaches near the house, some are sand beaches, some are rocky beaches. We preferred the latter one because they are less crowded and have pittoresk views. Thanks a lot to the owner, Peggy, he was very friendly and helpful. We can recommend this accommodation to everyone!

Wow.

We had the best time in Theoule. The property was perfect. Unreal views across the med and to the mountains. The outside space is stunning. Outside shower with a view is a cracking touch. The appt has everything you need for a great stay. Air con was essential 👌. Peggy was on hand to meet us and show us around (thank you for the wine 🍷 too). Made everything so easy. Great host and great appt. 👍

Atemberaubender Blick auf die Bucht von Cannes, wir haben die Tage sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist gut aufgeteilt, die Lage super. Kleinere Details wie wackelige Klodeckel und Probleme mit dem Schließen der Badewannen-Deckel wurden an den Besitzer gemeldet und sollen in Kürze behoben werden.

Une semaine de vacances geniale

Nous, une famille allemande avec trois enfants, avons passe une semaine formidable. La maison bien equipee et amenagee avec beaucoup de soin est situee a flanc de colline, au-dessus de la baie. La terrasse est equipee d'un grand siege et de chaises longues. Il y a aussi une douche. La vue sur la mer est magnifique, surtout depuis notre endroit prefere, la petite terrasse du premier etage. L' inconvenient de cette belle situation a flance de colline est qu'il faut toujours prendre la voiture pour aller a la mer et faire les courses. La communication avec notre hote a ete simple et amicale. Merci beaucoup pour ce merveilleux lieu de vacances!

Ferienhaus mit sensationeller Terrasse

Gemütlich eingerichtetes Haus mit schöner Aussicht, toller Terrasse mit Lounge und Liegestühlen und Gemeinschaftspool. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht. Gewöhnungsbedürftig: Stockbett (Doppelbett) im Elternschlafzimmer, dafür Aussicht aufs Meer vom Bett aus, und Badewanne/WC ohne Abtrennung vom Schlafzimmer. Oben wäre im Hochsommer auch eine Klimaanlage sinnvoll - oder Mückengitter für die Tür/Fenster. Unten in den Kinderzimmern ist beides vorhanden. Wir hatten einen ruhigen Aufenthalt Anfang Juni- für diese Reisezeit ist das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Fantastic views

We stayed with our young family in September 2022 and had a good time in beautiful Theoule. Plus sides were the fantastic host communication, amazing views and a well kitted out space. The pool was empty the whole time so felt very exclusive and the area is nice. There was AC in the lounge which helped us cool down. Downsides were only that the flat has bunk beds in all rooms (including the master bedroom) which we found a little claustrophobic, and no AC upstairs meant needing to leave the windows open at night and getting bitten by mosquitoes due to the September heat. Perhaps bring mosquito nets if visiting when warm.

Urlaub im Paradies

Ein schönes, kleines Haus an traumhafter Lage, mit genialer Aussicht!! Das Haus ist mit Liebe zum Detail rennoviert. Leider wenig Privatsphäre, da nur 1Türe zum WC und Kinderzimmer. Elternschlafzimmer oben, nicht klimatisiert und kleines Bett. Sonst alles top, auch Kommunikation mit Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend!

Maison très agréable, vue magnifique,très bon séjour

Maison accueillante avec une vue splendide de l étage. Espace de vie suffisant car on passe la majorité du temps à l extérieur. Les chambres du bas manque un peu d intimité avec l espace douche. La suite a l etage est originale mais le coin WC manque aussi d intimité par contre la vue superbe. L'extérieur de la maison est parfaitement optimisé et équipé. Notre séjour a été génial expériences à renouveler....

House with stunning view on the Bay of Cannes

We spent one week in this house at the Côte d’Azur. The terasse around the house gives a wonderful view on the Cannes Bay and offers several furnitures to enjoy the exceptional view. The interior of the house is functional and all materials (e.g. for cooking) are there. Cleanliness showed imperfections at our Arrival so we gave bathroom/Kitchen a Touch Up ourselves. The Location is a Good Base to Discover the Coast Region and we spent a relaxing and nice Week in Theoule sur Mer. Thank you to our sympathetic Host !

Das Objekt hat einen wundervollen Blick auf die Canner Bucht und verfügt über eine liebevoll bepflanzte Terasse. Hier könnte man den Urlaub verbringen ohne ans meer zu fahren. Außerdem sind die Vermieter sehr liebenswürdig und besorgt. Herzliche Grüße!

Villa magnifique!

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine avec nos 3 enfants dans cette villa à Theoule. La vue est à couper souffle. La maison est fonctionnelle et propre. La piscine est accessible pas très loin. Les plages et calanques sont pas loin. Bref, un superbe séjour! Et nous avons été super bien reçu par nos hôtes. Je recommende sans hésiter! Merci

Super Lage

Wir waren drei Erwachsene, die einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in diesem landestypischen, einfachen, aber mit Liebe ausgestattetem Ferienhaus verbracht haben . Der Besitzer ist ein sehr liebenswürdiger Mensch, dem sehr daran liegt, dass es einem gut geht. Besonders schön ist die große Terrasse, die um das Haus herumreicht und von den Nachbarn nicht einsehbar ist. Der Pool ist nicht weit weg und sauber. Zum Strand braucht man ein Auto, es sind etwa sechs Minuten dorthin. Wir haben die Buchung nicht bereut.

Tolle Lage

Wir waren zu dritt, es war alles wie beschrieben, ein einfaches landestypisches Haus, mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Der Besitzer ist sehr liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit. Besonders hat uns die große Terrasse gefallen, die man sehr variabel nutzen kann. Der Pool ist nicht weit weg, sauber, und im September kaum benutzt. In1s Dorf sind es sechs Minuten, ein Auto ist unbedingt nötig. Wir haben uns gut erholt und würden das Haus wieder buchen.

Highly recommended for a family holiday

We (family with three children) spent a great holiday here. The house is like described and well maintained with a good pool for the kids few houses away. The house is fully equipted with the exception of dishwasher. The owners were very helpful with good communication before and during the stay, met us at the house on arrival and helped also for holiday planning. The location is also good with breath-taking view, especially during the night. The village of Theoule-sur-mer is nice with good services and nice sandy beach for the kids. Lot of restaurants around, big supermarket 15-20 min drive away. However, a car is needed in practise to get the beach and village as the house is up on the hill side. Late June - early July was good timing as well as not too many people around and good weather all the time. Highly recommended for a family holiday -- and we will certainly return back to Theoule-sur-mer some day!

Belle villa avec une vue incroyable

Cette Villa a parfaitement correspondu à nos attentes : famille de 5 personnes avec de jeunes enfants : 7, 5 ans et 4 mois, nous avons trouvé un équipement complètement adapté pour la semaine que nous avons passé. L 'emplacement est idéal pour ceux à la recherche d'activités diverses : plages à proximités, nombreuses balades dans le massif de l'ESTEREL en partant directement de la maison, déplus Théoule sur mer est central nous avons pu aller sans problèmes jusqu'à Monaco, St Tropez, Cannes, et Nice sans passer des heures en voitures, à noter que MARINELAND est également très proche. Et que dire de la vue tout simplement fantastique celle que l'on voit sur la première photo, avec un large panorama de la baie de Cannes mais aussi une partie de l'Esterel, de jour mais également la nuit, de quoi passer beaucoup de temps sur la terrasse équipée pour faire durer l'apéro .. Je recommande pour les familles avec enfants en bas âge.
