Nice property. Very clean and well maintained. We found black rock beach to be amazing! Many nice restaurants and shopping nearby- specifically Whalers Village. The additional parking fee for a short stay was a surprise. We enjoyed our Maui stay.

Maui Vacation with family

Loved our stay!!

My family and I enjoyed everything about the condo and our eight night stay. Monty was the perfect host with communication and everything we needed. He made sure that there were two pack-n-plays for my twin grand babies. The condo was clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. We loved having our morning coffee out on the lanai with a gorgeous view of the golf course. I highly recommend and would love to come back again!!! Mahalo!

It was a very spacious, comfortable place in a great location but it could have had more amenities, like kleenex and bathroom soap. A host gift would have been special with maybe a little bag of coffee and a few sweets.

Great stay!

We had a fantastic stay! The kitchen was well stocked, making it easy to prepare meals and snacks. The BBQ was great and perfect for grilling in the evenings. We really appreciated having beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels available—they made our time at the beach so much more enjoyable. While we didn’t use them, it was great to see that snorkel gear and boogie boards were also provided. For those with little ones, we noticed a high chair and playpen available, which is a nice touch. One of our favorite parts was relaxing on the lanai with a cup of coffee in the morning and a drink in the evening. We loved being within walking distance to Whalers Village—super convenient for dining, shopping, and beach access. We also liked the information binder provided—it had helpful tips and local recommendations. Communication with Jeanne and Monty was prompt and great. Would absolutely stay here again

We loved this condo

Excellent location in Kanapalii and excellent location in building. Easy walk to pool. Right across from tennis court. Well appointed and well stocked. Towels were boutique hotel quality. Great parking. 10 minutes walking to black rock beach or whalers village. We definitely will stay again.

Maui Golf Trip

We were in Maui to watch my daughter’s golf tournament at Royal Ka’anapali so this was an ideal location for us. The condo itself was nice, we enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the sunsets and bbq’d a few dinners. The beach chairs, umbrella and towels were great to have. The bed downstairs was a little soft for me but that is just my preference. Everything else was what we needed for our stay but I would recommend adding a few more pans in bigger sizes to cook with.

Wonderful condo in Lahaina

The condo is clean, spacious and comfortable for a family to enjoy an adventure. The beach is across the street. Perfect location for a morning walk or run on the boardwalk or beach. Loved my morning walk to the coffee food truck.If you are a cat lover, there are so many feral cats to enjoy.So many amazing restaurants to choose from that are close by. Dukes, MaLa, Star Noodle, Paia Fish Company and the Gazebo were some of our favorites. Leodas for pie. Island Creamery for ice cream is a must.ABC has everything you need from essentials to delicious fresh inexpensive meals. Plus keep your receipts and you get a prize.Whale tours; Surfing Goat farm; Kula Botanic Garden,Dragons Teeth, Ho okipa beach (surfers/turtles), and the swap meet were highlights on our trip. Be adventurous and discover Paia, Kihei Kula and Makawao your own way. We loved exploring all of the towns around the island.Can not wait to go back again to visit this paradise and stay in this condo.

Lovely stay

Nice view of the golf course. Pool was nice. We had all the amenities to hang out at the beach (such as towels and chairs). Shuttle information misleading and beds were soft. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay at the condo.

Best VRBO in Paradise

We can not say enough about our stay at this VRBO! We would highly recommend this as a destination you must experience! Location location location and these hosts know how to put together a vacation rental! We were close to everything! Great dining, shopping, golf, snorkeling all within a short walking distance!we had a wonderful time and the hosts were super informative for memory making suggestions!

Maui Family Trip

Property exactly as shown and described. Easy checkin process. Kitchen was well stocked for people that like to cook while on vacation. We had some issues with air conditioning but they were very responsive. We went about our day sightseeing and it was fixed by the time we returned. We would definitely stay here again if we ever get back to Maui!

Great Home, but Lots of Maintenance Issues

Beautiful location overlooking the golf course with a partial view of the ocean. Great amenities in the complex; pickleball, pool, tennis courts etc. Owners thought if everything - beach chairs, towels, a cooler, even a collapsible wagon which was genius! However, we did experience a considerable amount of maintenance issues which were never addressed during our stay: light bulbs out, toilet lapsed out, garbage disposal not functioning and a ru Ning toilet. Issues were reported but could not be addressed until after check out. Hub?

Spacious condo at good location

Our family loved our stay at this place. It’s a 2 story condo with full bathrooms on both floors. Large living room and nice Lanai. They had a lot of beach chairs, snorkeling gear, umbrella and so on. Decent bedding. In summary, it worked well for our six members family. The location is good and near the beach. But the beach is a bit of a walk (about a mile to block rock beach which is where we went all days). Especially if you have equipment to carry and young kids or elderly parents. But we parked at the Sheraton and got parking validated on most days. All in all a very good experience and I would stay here again if traveling with family.

Pleasant stay

Clean property. The two beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need for cooking. Washer and dryer worked well. There was a good amount of beach chairs as well as beach towels and a wagon to cart your stuff down to the beach. The patio was a good size and had plenty of seating for dinners on the lanai.

Me & my family recently stayed here and we had such an incredible time! The condo was exactly what we expected and then some. We dealt with a bit of a hiccup on one early morning but it was so easy to fix and the owners and Monty were so easy to reach out to and helpful. Would definitely stay there again :)

Great Place to Stay!

Our family of 7 loved this place! Everyone was very accommodating and easy to work and communicate with! Very close to the beaches and shopping we loved! Central air is amazing and kept us cool! We would stay again for sure!

Great location and size!

Stayed here with my boyfriend and another couple for a wedding across the golf course at the Westin! It was a great (and more affordable!) alternative to staying at the resort, and we were able to walk to most wedding activities. The space was great for two couples since we both had our own bathrooms attached to the bedrooms. Loved the provided beach equipment and in unit washer/dryer and we always had plenty of towels. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but it seemed well stocked with cooking utensils! I’d say sleeping more than 5 people here would be a stretch as the living room bed looked like a small futon. The upstairs shower is definitely not accessible friendly for disabled or elderly people as the side of the tub came up to my mid thigh and needed a lot of care getting in and out without falling. I’d have preferred more shampoo/conditioner as the small bottles provided weren’t enough for a whole week stay. The condo complex charging nearly $150 for parking for the whole week was another flaw, but not the host’s fault. Overall we loved the condo and our stay and we would love to stay again!

We live outside of Chicago but have always loved Hawaii, so we decided to look for a place there where we could spend winters when we retire. My husband works in sales for a large, international company and I am a registered nurse. We have three daughters who also love Hawaii!

We went condo shopping for a place we could buy "some day". We were looking for condos by the water (but they were cost prohibitive) and we stumbled upon Kaanapali Royal. The condo we saw when we were shopping in the Q building needed a LOT of work and this one had people renting it so we couldn't see it. We bought this condo sight unseen (crazy, right?) when our realtor was raving about it! We closed in February of 2020 and couldn't stay here ourselves because it was rented for 5 straight weeks. Long story short, we were planning on coming in March of 2020 (and we all know what happened then), so the first time we actually saw our condo in person was April of 2021! We loved it--the pictures didn't lie! We tweaked a few things and purchased a few things, but all is good! We love the roominess of it, the high ceilings and how comfortable the layout is. It's also nice that the main master is upstairs--it makes it feel very homey! It's nice that it's on the end, so we get more light on the lanai from the extra "window" and we love the rainbow trees! We like watching the lizards on the lanai at night and the cane toads on the lawn downstairs are fun to see, too. We also like that, a lot of times, you can go to the pool and be the only ones there! The pool and hot tub are open late into the evenings, too, so you can float around or go in the hot tub while star gazing. We made improvements to the condo--we installed the LVP flooring and bought the area rug and the grill and lanai ceiling fan are new. We know you will like it--it's beautiful!

A condo that is so big it feels like a house and a mostly un-crowded pool in a very comfortable, homey development. Also, great, expansive view of the golf course (as opposed to some others in the complex) and quick walk to Whaler's Village or Black Rock and the beach. It's also an easy walk to the Kaanapali Beach path to see all the resorts.
