Welcome to Your Maui Retreat: Kaanapali Royal C202 is the perfect getaway for your next Maui vacation! This home has been remodeled with marble tiled floors, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The floor plan was designed with access from both the living room and the master bedroom out to the spacious outdoor lanai area, which hosts a seating area off the bedroom for morning coffee, and a large dining table.

Complimentary Activities, Every Day of Your Stay

Every reservation with Maui Paradise Properties includes one free ticket per activity, each day to some of our favorite Maui experiences—plus unbeatable savings on other local favorites! This exclusive benefit is offered in partnership with Xplorie, giving you an easy way to add adventure, relaxation, and local flavor to your stay. Complimentary activities may include: Whale Watch (seasonal), Sunset Dinner or Snorkel Sail, Farm Tours, cultural activities and more!

Limit one free ticket per activity per day, per reservation. Additional tickets available for purchase. Activities offered may vary by home or condo. Activity offer available for stays up to 35 nights.

Our stay at the Kaanapali Royal was incredible. Location wise, we were about a 10-15 minute walk to Black Rock Beach (a bit further due to our specific condo location). However, the walk was beautiful so there were no complaints. The condo came stock with beach gear (chairs, coolers and a beach umbrella) which were game changers! The unit was spacious, provided the ability to cook for ourselves, and was overall a perfect Hawaiian setting. The host was extremely responsive, and easy to get ahold of. I couldn’t recommend this place enough (especially for the price)!

Place was clean, quiet and walking distance to Whalers Village. We also loved escaping to the quiet pool area. Great for two couples to share with the two bedrooms and attached bathrooms. Would definitely stay again!

Location was great. Walking distance to Black rock beach and shopping. Place was clean and well equipped with stuff. Though it could have used a few more dishwasher tabs, trash bags, wash rags to wipe down tables and counters and could use hot pads for taking pans out of the oven.

Nice spot

Great place to stay for the price. Parking is expensive ($150/week per vehicle) and both the bathrooms are only accessible thru the bedrooms.

Good location. Love the layout of the condo. Needs some updating of the appliances, a few of the light switches did not work properly, that's why I rated it a 3. Should state in the ads that there is a parking fee, I was unaware of a parking charge until 2 days before our trip. We would stay at this location again.

Condo was great!

Condo was clean, roomy, and perfect for 2 couples. Patio area was nice to chill on and enjoy the golf course view and activities. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues which occurs with rentals, but they were taken care promptly. Be aware the beach is a bit of a walk (10-15 mins) especially if your wanting to haul beach gear. We ended up driving. Would stay here again!

This is a fantastic VRBO rental!

As the first reviewer of this property, let me say this place far exceeded our expectations. The pictures actually don’t do it justice. The cleanest vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in, and we are frequent VRBO renters. Attention to detail was top-notch. It had everything we needed, including new beach chairs and a cooler. Location is great, overlooking the golf course, maybe a 5-minute walk to Whaler’s Village. Just a great find. We would love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Location, Property and Condo

We had no issues during our stay at the Kaanapali Royal in unit C202. The property was just as shown in the photos, with a fantastic location that made for a wonderful vacation.One note to be aware of: the listing states the unit sleeps six, but while there are queen-sized beds in each bedroom, the air mattress provided for the additional two guests was only a twin size. Although it came in a queen-sized box, the mattress itself was definitely smaller. If you’re planning to accommodate six people, this might be a concern.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the accurate representation of the unit.

Maui Views

Excellent condo! Unfortunately arrived the first day with strong cat urine all over the entryway/ exterior porch. The welcome door mat was just moved ten feet away. We placed our shoes on the lanai with cleaned soles with Clorox wipes. We then mopped up the tracked in cat urine. The management company was Very Helpful and had the exterior entry cleaned the next day and remapped the floor! With a new door mat! The Condo is Perfect, clean, modern, and comfortable. Nobody can control cats or herd them ! Ha Ha Thank you for the rental and great service!!!!!

Nice Property but be Aware

The condo was very nice, exceptionally clean and well stocked for our stay. Additionally, we had one small maintenance related issue and the property manager had it resolved within an hour. Kaanapali Royal is in a great location to quickly get to downtown Lahaina, several beaches, golf courses, shopping spots, and restaurants. The property has a very nice pool but a big negative was that the hot tub was not heating for the entirety of our 2 wk stay and a “cold tub” jacuzzi just doesn’t measure up after a day on the golf course. One last thing - a word of advise - be sure to purchase trip insurance if you are renting a unit managed by Maui Paradise Properties (MPP). When my wife was diagnosed with uterine cancer approximately 30 days prior to our arrival date, MPP wouldn’t allow us to reschedule our dates even though Vrbo allows you to work it out with the property’s owner. MPP’s policy is no refund or reschedule inside of 60 days from the trip start date. As a result of that policy, my wife didn’t get to make the annual trip to visit with our son and daughter-in-law, who live on Maui, this year. So as not to completely lose the money that we had paid for the condo, my wife insisted that my daughter and I go so we each went for a week and we greatly missed her while we were there.

The condo was very nice, it has two bedrooms, kitchen and a big family room. It has two bathrooms with a big shower space. With washer and dryer. Gated facility and enough parking area, some space are a little tight. Walking distance to the beach, close to the Whalers village with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Shopping centers to shops. Our condo was overlooking the golf course with a very nice environment. The pool was big, with chase lounge, tables and chairs, restroom, is within walking distance. Very convenient area.

Lovely property that matches the images and description on the App. It was so quiet and peaceful. Comfortable air condition in the summer. Loved the BBQ by the pool. Quick scamper across the 16th fairway (heads-up for golfers) and you’re at Whaler’s Village and the beach in less than than 10 mins. Only wish, the kitchen was a little more chef ready. Or even breakfast ready. There are like 3 bowls available for use. Otherwise, great spot in the middle of the action. But just set back so the birds and breezes were the only things we could hear from the lanai.
