Very nice place

Loved the place very quiet at night. Loved the view from the room of the ocean. Very clean and will likely stay there again. The only thing I see that you could do if possible is that put a cabinet in the bathroom to store your bathroom goods

The Great escape to Hilton Head NC

Great location, overall very accommodating and affordable. Would definitely stay again sometime soon. Only slight complaint was the bed, a little on the uncomfortable side.

Great for us

This is a small condo but was the perfect size for us, since we were just 2 guests. Amenities were great and the in-room washer and dryer were a big perk. Also walking to the beach was so nice and the balcony was great!!

Oldie but goodie!

Condos were weathered from a lot of years of beachfront exposure. Great location, walking distance to everything. Would rent again.

Good getaway close to beach

Nice, clean condo. It was a little misleading that it was oceanview because the view was obscured by the pool and the trees and it was the first floor so it was a very small snippet of the ocean in view. Very convenient to shopping ,dining and convenient walk to the beach.

Nice little place

You couldn't find a better location. close to the beach and shops and restaurants across the street. No need to move the car once you're there. It is, however, small, not suitable for ore than two.

The checkin was said to be grab info from a box but you waited in a line for a while when the info was not in outside box. Condo needs updating. Weathered and worn. Uneven floors. Location was great. Dirty curtains.

Great place for small family!

My husband and 2 sons (12 and 10) stayed in this condo and after reading many reviews to find a place, I knew I wanted to leave a review for our stay, to hopefully help others. Especially since I saw a few negative reviews about this place and it surprised me because it’s a nice place! Pros: - Great location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops! - Condo is just as it’s described. The pics do it justice - Checking in and out were easy - Plenty of towels and bedding for pull out couch provided - I liked the details of having the little “tables” by the queen bed to put things, since there is no room for night stand - Despite being in a popular area, noise was never a problem. - Did I mention location? Being so close to the beach was a huge perk for us. Pool being right on the beach was great for kids who love going back and fourth. Cons: I hate mentioning cons because overall I would def book this again but a few things I felt needed improving - Queen size bed is hard as a rock. My husband likes harder mattresses typically and even he complained this one was too hard and our backs paid the price. A mattress topper would help tremendously! - No real good place for women to get ready, since bathroom sink is small and if other guest are needing to shower. Maybe a big mirror in the living room would help. - Outlets in bedroom wouldn’t hold plugs, they fell out easily. - It would be nice if a few beach chairs were included in the stay. Every other condo we have rented usually provides chairs and a few beach toys, in case you didn’t travel with any. Overall it was a great stay. We are a pretty low maintenance family, so having a small condo with a pull out bed, is all we needed and it being so close to the beach, shops and restaurants was so nice. If we come back, we will def consider staying here again, especially if they can make the queen mattress a little softer.

Great condo and location!

The Breakers is a great condo and we enjoyed our stay with Vacasa. The condo its self was very well decorated. First level was great, great view of pool and partial beach view (what we could view over palm trees). Great location central to Coligny, the beach, Celebration Park for our children and great local restaurants all within walking distance. We flew down and had no need for a rental car. We were able to Uber to a few places that were outside of our walking range. But for the most part we walked and had no trouble navigating area surrounding the condo. We will stay again!

Clean and convenient

Size was just perfect for two. Clean and convenient to the beach and shopping. One problem was trying to get ahold of someone . The mini coffee pot blew sparks out of the on switch. I tried to notify someone but to no avail. Hopefully they will throw it away. Thankfully no injuries. I would stay there again.
