This home was a wonderful place to stay! It really is an easy 5 minute walk to the mountain. The host was extremely easy to work with. He prepared a whole binder for us explaining how to walk to the mountain to ski, where to get groceries, etc. I felt like I was staying with a friend who wanted me to really enjoy the area. Because the walk was so short, my older parents were able to ski a half day and then walk back to the house. The house was very spacious. We loved using the hot tub and then jumping right into the sauna to dry off before going for a shower with the extra steam feature. We would gladly stay here again.

Our large family travels together every Winter and Summer and we have stayed in some beautiful homes, but this is the best of the best! The property is luxurious and ideally located, the owner friendly and accommodating, and the property manager attentive to our every need. Young and old, our family members loved it!

Great house and owner was very helpful!

The house and process couldn’t have been any better! The house was everything and more than what we thought it would be. The owner was very helpful and communicated great! He was always there if we needed anything. House was very well stocked and had more than other houses I have rented in the past. It was also super easy to get to and from the lift at Deer Valley!

Family ski week

I am very thankful we landed on renting the KnollHouse property for our multi-family vacation. The location was exactly what we wanted, I would say ski in best suites the property as long as Mother Nature provides enough snow! We had four family coming together for a week of skiing and spending time together. The house was extremely comfortable and allowed us all to spread out. The owners were very responsive and accommodating! I hope we are able to visit the KnollHouse again.

Fantastic Holiday Home and Destination

We had two families (4 Adults and 7 kids) staying in this beautiful house and we all loved it. The location was just as described a short walk from the Silver Lake Lifts so perfect for all ages to be be able to walk to and from the slopes. The house was clean and had everything that we needed for such a large group. The owner was very attentive to our questions on anything to do with the house, resort and more and responded promptly so we always felt comfortable emailing him. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Deer Valley, and were very sad when the time came to leave.

Best rental property ever!

We arrived at Deer Valley, the day before the slopes and restaurants were shut down due to the corona virus. In-spite of this, and thanks to this wonderful house and the most amazing owner, who stayed in contact with us throughout our stay, we had a lovely "non-skiing" ski vacation. This beautiful home was perfect for our large family of ten adults and five grandchildren under eight years old. Every room is beautiful and comfortable, and the living areas were perfect for our large group. We can't thank the owners enough for all they did to make our unusual stay truly a family blessing we will not forget. We are all now in different states praying we stay safe, get through this pandemic, and can plan our next trip to this fabulous property!!!

Great Family Vacation with Friends

We enjoyed a great vacation in Deer Valley. In total, three families totaling 15 people, with kids ranging in age from 3 years old to 17 years old. The house is great and has everything you need to enjoy a family vacation from hot tub and sauna to great room and entertainment room (great for kids' movies) to exercise room and even 2 offices for occasional work calls. The location was a short (5-7 min) walk to Silver Lake Lodge and the house also includes a parking pass for the garage across the street from Silver Lake so kids didn't have to walk each day. The host was super responsive to all of our questions ahead of the trip and the property management company was super responsive during the trip. All-in-all a great experience.

Ski vacation extravaganza.

Great home for our 14 member family. Each couple/family had their privacy but all came together at dinner with the large table. Heated driveway was a plus and easy location for catching the bus to the slopes. We have rented numerous VRBO's. This house was by far the most well equipped in the kitchen. The great room downstairs was a gathering place in the evening for games and laughter. Would definitely love to return in the future.

Incredible House

Had a week-long family reunion here and plenty of space for everyone. Each room has a bathroom which is great. Very comfortable and great management. Families should be aware of the awesome indoor pool complex in Kamas, ~25 min away. Cheap, clean, and awesome.

Awesome ski house!

We shared this house with 2 families and it worked perfectly. There is plenty of room for everyone. Two masters and a third queen bedroom. Kids loved the bunk rooms! The house has everything you need. Local house management was super helpful if you needed anything. It comes with a parking pass for the garage right across from Silverlake lifts which we loved so I recommend having at least one car. You can walk from the house but this was better for kids. Overall, this is a beautiful house that was very convenient and we had a great time staying there!

WINTER WONDERLAND!

This home was centrally located in Deer Valley and near Park City with amazing views, every amenity you could want, and more than ample space for our extended family. Every couple had their own rooms and we could hav brought even more people. It was clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this property! Thank you!

WOW! What a fabulous house!

We find a home that will hold all 19 of us every 4th of July week - Monterrey, Moab, Vail, Northern Michigan - and this home was not disappointing. Some in our family liked it the very best. And a plus was that Matt responded so quickly when we had an issue with the hot tub and water pressure. He was there and solved the problem so fast! It was very nice to have all of us in the kitchen and family room comfortably. Loved having two washers/dryers and access to the garage for parking two of our five cars. Our stay was the best!

Magnificent vacation home!

We loved vacationing with our families in this beautiful and spacious home. The layout was perfect for privacy and for hanging out together. Multiple rooms had king size beds for the adults which worked out perfect. The large kitchen island was ideal for setting up meals and the dining area allowed everyone a place to enjoy meals. We loved the views, the hot tub and all the amenities the house provided. This is a great home with the perfect location, close to activities and Park City. I highly recommend this home. The owner is attentive and quick to respond to your questions or requests. We felt very welcomed in this amazing home.

Great family rental

We had a great trip with my kids, spouses and grandkids aging 32 - 7 months. The house was perfect for everyone to have there own space or be together. It was close for hiking and walking thru neighborhoods for those taking an easy walk. Loved seeing the neighborhood moose cruising thru the backyard a few of the days!! The house had everything we could possibly need.
