Like a classic Ski Lodge with modern amenities

This great condo has the ambience of a classic Ski Lodge with all the updated amenities of a modern upscale vacation property. Roomy. Great floor plan and room layouts. Great decor. Comfortable beds. Indoor Jacuzzi tubs and a private outdoor spa. Convenient underground parking. Located approximately two blocks from the Silverlake Plaza lodge and lift area.

3 minutes to ski rentals & lifts, hot tub, comfiest beds I’ve EVER slept in, fully-stocked kitchen & spice rack(!), gas fireplace, surround music, it was HEAVEN in heaven! Thank you, Emily! We LOVED it and will be back, if you’ll have us!

Perfect location

Our first at Deer Valley and this was a great property for 2 couples. 2 masters made it easy for us to have privacy and the living room was great for evening cocktails and a movie. Host was very communicative and helpful addressing questions. Thanks for a great stay

Perfect Property

We have stayed at Black Bear many times over the years. This was our favorite place so far. The host has included a lot of amenities like bedside plugs and humidifiers that made things more enjoyable and easy. The house is clean with nice linens and towels.

Outstanding Stay and Property Manager

Our stay at this Deer Valley property was absolutely perfect! The ski-in/ski-out access made hitting the slopes effortless, and the breathtaking mountain views were the highlight of our mornings. The condo was beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we could need, including a cozy fireplace, all the items needed to cook, and a private hot tub.The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to the resort and just a the free bus stop across the street, which made getting to Park City's Main Street a breeze. The property manager’s communication was outstanding she was friendly, responsive, and ensured every detail of our stay went smoothly. We can’t wait to return for another unforgettable getaway!

Comfortable condo

This was a great spot to stay for our ski week at Deer Valley. Everything was clean and comfortable. There were so many thoughtful touches and items for making our stay pleasant, such as salt and spices, plenty of cookware, laundry detergent, comfortable mattresses and a gas fireplace. There are restaurants right across the street. The host is very responsive and provides helpful information. We loved being able to leave simply without stripping sheets, taking out the garbage and starting a load of laundry like some places we have stayed. We utilized the complimentary overnight Deer Valley ski storage about a block away. We would be glad to stay there again. A pleasant place to stay!

Great place and great location for us!!

All I have to say is wow! This unit was perfect for our family of three with plenty of extra room if need be. Kitchen was great, washer and dryer we had to get nothing to function normally as soon as we stepped inside. Communication with owners was incredible. They made sure we had everything we needed the entire trip. We were literally a five minute walk away from the slopes. The cleaning staff was also great. They checked in on us daily. You should not have any reservation about booking this property. Look forward to using it again in the future.

Perfect Summer Spot for Hiking Trip

Emily is a great host. Her place is well stocked and immaculate. The hot tub was a nice after-hiking treat. The location is great for access to wonderful hiking as well as the restaurants and shops on Main Street.

Hello and Welcome to Deer Valley!

I made the decision to own at Black Bear Lodge because of it's beautiful location in the Silver Lake Village area of Deer Valley Resort.

I work in real estate and after having the opportunity to see everything available on the market, I chose the Black Bear Lodge because of it's great location, ease of access to lifts, and numerous fine dining options nearby.

The Silver Lake area is styled after a European village and is home to several of the state's best restaurants as well as a few shops, and sporting goods stores.

The Black Bear Lodge is walking distance to Deer Valley's Silver Lake Day Lodge, so if you're willing to walk about 2 minutes to the slopes, you can enjoy all that Silver Lake Village has to offer without paying ski-in/ski-out rates. Deer Valley Resort offers free overnight ski storage (you can even have your skiis waxed each night for about $10) so you don't need to worry about carrying your equipment back and forth during your stay.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Don't visit Deer Valley without trying the brunch at the Stein Eriksen Lodge located directly across the street. I also recommend dining at Deer Valley's Mariposa restaurant, Cena Italian restaurant at The Chateaux, or the Goldener Hirsch restaurant, all within walking distance. My best "hidden gem" recommendation is the breakfast buffet at The Chateaux, a rare great value at a very reasonable price.
