This was an amazing place to stay! The owner is extremely accommodating and receptive. The unit was immaculate, spacious, and situated in a very beautiful, quiet area. I walked from the place to Mira Mesa which is less than a mile away and it was a serene, beautiful walk. I could not recommend this place enough and next time we are in San Diego I will definitely come back.

House is in a great location and has a good amount of space. CONS: Dishwasher doesn’t work (I wash by hand so not an issue)Ice machine doesn’t workThe WiFi is basically nonexistent so bring your ownWhen I arrived for check in the cleaning lady was still cleaning, I still had to clean behind her. Multiple electric outlets do not work. The description needs updated to reflect these issues that are obvious they have been this way for some time.

Good place to stay.

We enjoyed this spacious unit in a very nice location, handy to shopping and getting around to both the beaches and inland areas. Having an adjoined garage is also very convenient. The host was very friendly and responsive.

What a Fabulous Place to Stay!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! We wanted to experience all of San Diego - beaches, zoos, Sea World, Midway... separate from the crowds and traffic. This house gave us a quiet corner to retreat to at the end of super fun, long days. We loved that we were literally 20 minutes away from everything we wanted to do, 4 minutes from fantastic food options and that the TV had Disney so we could watch Bluey! Seriously loved our stay!

Very Nice!

We enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal for visiting San Diego. The neighborhood is quiet, in close proximity to restaurants and stores, as well as a short drive to all activities and the beach. The home was clean, well kept, and the manager is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Lots of space and beds for a family or group to stay comfortably. Would absolutely stay here again.

Rancho Pensiqutas

The Good- House was very easy to reserve. Don was very easy to get a hold of and was very quick to respond to messages. Instructions about getting in were also very easy. House was beautiful and very clean. Lots of towels, toilet paper and paper towels. Could have used a few boxes of Kleenex. The house is located in a area where there is lots of restaurants and shops. Easy access to freeways and beaches aren't very far. I spent most of my time in the back patio sipping coffee in the morning and dinner at night. Weather was awesome! Even grilled hamburgers one night. Lots of plates, silverware and kitchen utensils provided except for a bottle opener. The Bad- These were very minor. We ran the dishwasher the first night and woke up the next morning and the floor in front of the dishwasher was wet. Informed Don about it and he offer to fix it while we were there but told him that it was no big deal and that we will hand wash everything. There was no lampshades in one of the rooms. The Ugly- Nothing. Overall- We would stay there as long as he would have us. Don was a great host!

Home away from home

I loved this place. It felt like home with everything we needed available. Quiet neighborhood, great location, and the bed in the master was so comfortable. I will absolutely recommend this property and stay here again if I’m back in town. Great communication from the owner, had zero issues.

Property is in a good central location for access to San Diego, La Jolla, and the beach communities to the North. Neighborhood was clean and quiet (other than lawn maintenance in the AM and outside AC unit when on the back patio). Property met all our needs for office space and WiFi, bedrooms for visitors, storage space, etc. Kitchen could use a little sprucing up (dishwasher rack off hinges, no electric can opener, freezer door wouldn't stay shut, but otherwise, no major complaints). Pool area & weight room were nice and usually not in use by anyone. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location for San Diego Visit

We very much enjoyed our 20 day stay at this location from mid February to early March. The condo is modern large and well maintained. The posted photos of the property are true representations of the property and its amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and within a short driving distance of shopping and restaurants. Each bedroom is large and the mattresses are comfortable. The third bedroom has an opening to the large family room below, but the noise did not disturb my son who slept soundly each night. Mira Mesa is a great location for visiting San Diego. Virtually every location of interest, including the airport, parks and amusement parks are within 30 minutes or less. We would be pleased to stay there again if we were to visit San Diego again.

Comfortable Accommodations

A few pluses are comfortable couches, big tv with HULU, beds and pillows comfortable, plus having a garage was awesome. Location was very close to shopping and the highway. Just bring your stuff and get ready to relax.

Great place, easy communication

The whole process was easy. House was clean and had everything we needed. Quiet community and plenty of parking. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. We were there for work, and found the location convenient, and would stay again.

San Diego Getaway

We enjoyed our stay on the property. It was very clean and in a very quiet area. The only thing was that the 3rd bedroom with the bunk bed had an opening/window to the downstairs so we had to keep quiet while in the living room if someone was trying to sleep in that 3rd bedroom. But that was not a big deal as we were out everyday.
