Three of my colleagues and I stayed here for an academic conference at the convention center. The location is pretty convenient, although our female colleague and one of the guys didn't feel comfortable walking to the trolley station alone due to unhoused camps near the station. Our biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the property. We arrived late and well after dark, but we could still see stains all over the couch and area rug. In the morning with the sunlight we found dried chunks of vomit under the coffee table and makeup on the pillow cases. We reached out to the property manager about the vomit and basically got "wow thats crazy" in response, but nothing else...not even an offer to clean it for the rest of our 5 day stay.

Very nice place that was very clean and well kept. Full kitchen and laundry facility was helpful. Reasonable drive to most attractions. Would stay there again!

Easy drive to everything!

The property was spotlessly clean, and had plenty of space for our family of six. Off street parking and EV charging was super convenient! All the activities we enjoyed during our stay were only a 15-20 minute drive away (Coronado Island, Balboa Park, Ocean Beach, Sesame Place, and more.) Host was very responsive, and check in was easy.

Family vacation

The place was great! The only thing is it was on the 2nd floor and there was nothing in the description about it being up stairs on the second level. Everything else was great!!! Spacious, comfortable, quiet! Perfect for a family!

Close to everything!

We stayed for eight nights and found the accommodations to be spacious, clean and comfortable! Seaport Village, Sunset Cliffs, The Zoo and so many restaurants were just a short drive away. We look forward to returning to this address next time we are in San Diego!

Family Friendly

The place was Amazing from the beggining of the booking to the end of the booking. When you walk in, the place litteraly felt like home. Extremely clean, very modern and cozy. The balcony was a plus you can have a nice relaxing night with a cup of hot tea in your hand and look out into the city. The host was very helpful, he ansewered immediately after every question i had. The Kids room bunk beds were big enough to fit two teenagers. They had board games for the kids and for us traveling with a 3 year old and teenagers the games were a hit! I would definitely recomend this Air B and B to anyone that has a family.

Quiet respite

We enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and very quiet. After a day of activities and highway driving it was so…. nice to pull into the driveway. We appreciated the parking especially when many places do not have private parking. We are considering coming back in the Fall and will more than likely stay here again. Great Place to Stay While Visiting San Diego

My friends and I stayed here while touring San Diego. The place was very clean when we checked in. There is a lot of natural light with the big windows; very open and welcoming. It is located near major roadways so very easy to get to all of the sites that we wanted to see. The owner was very pleasant to deal with; timely and responsive when we had questions. I would stay here again.

Great stay

This property was exactly what we needed for a quick family trip. Close to everything (by car), quiet, clean, and well maintained. Joseph was very proactive in reaching out to us to see what we needed and responded quickly to a request we had. The property is in a residential area, which was perfect for our family. Would definitely stay here again.

Great updated unit!

It was perfect for my family. Has a nice kitchen and tv area, games, area outside to play ride bikes. All the rooms are spacious, bright and very clean. House cane with all the amenities you could need. The neighborhood isn’t the nicest but as long as your not doing a lot of walking around it’s a great place.

Hideaway at the Top of the Hill

Approaching this location, the big cemetery across the street was obvious. The neighborhood is older, and some of the smallish and closely spaced homes need some TLC. Fenced front yards with big dogs...hmmm. Oh well, what can go wrong? Not a thing. When we pulled into the parking space the whole vibe changed. The parking area was secluded and clean. The unit was as nice as the pictures on the website. Spacious, bright and comfortable. The view from the balcony hid some of the blemishes of the neighborhood. We spent an entire rainy day of the weekend, forgoing an excursion to a museum, choosing to avoid the hassles of the bad weather and relax in the home. The old cliche is true...you can't judge a book by its cover. We all enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Joseph!

This condo has everything you need in a comfortable place to stay in San Diego. It is only 10 minutes to Balboa Park, and 15 to Little Italy.

Exactly as described

This was perfect for our quick weekend getaway. Joseph, the host, was extremely helpful and stayed in contact throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. The residence is exactly as pictured and VERY clean. While the surrounding neighborhood was a little run down, we never felt unsafe. Location was close to all the major attractions. Overall, our family had a great stay and would stay near again for our next trip to San Diego.

Great family vacation rental!

The property was clean, well maintained, and convenient. The off-street parking and on-site, free laundry facilities were lifesavers. The kitchen was well stocked with essential cookware and dinnerware, and the Keurig coffeemaker was a very nice amenity. Other nice amenities included were games for kids, beach accessories and towels, and some household essentials. The host was very responsive, friendly, and accommodating of all requests. The only not so pleasant aspect of the trip is that the property isn’t located in the nicest area, and there are neighbors with a barking dog and a crowing rooster. However, the property is very safe and conveniently located. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property for a family vacation rental.
