I liked this unit. Furniture was comfortable, kitchen pretty well stocked. I liked the patio furniture that got you up higher than the railing and was comfortable. Pinnacle Port is well maintained for its age. Everything like the pictures in the listing. Easy walk to the beach. I got a lot of outdoor pictures but none of inside.

We have been to pinnacle port three times and have always loved it. The condo is very cute and upgraded. If you are coming bring your own towels and blankets as they do not provide enough. It was very clean. We had issues with maintenance fixing our door lock. We loved the privacy this place gives. You aren’t in the hustle and bustle of pcb.

Sweet little spot!

Sweet little spot at Pinnacle Port just outside the Carillon neighborhood on the edge of Panama City Beach - closer to 30A than the mess that is PCB. We prefer the smaller buildings (the B and C buildings) at Pinnacle Port, so we loved this location. Less people out on the beach, and close to Inlet Beach - we walked there a few times. Definitely family friendly. But not annoying either with loads of people. Liked: - CLEAN! Great job cleaning crew! - Close to the beach. - Close to 30A. - Nice beach view. - Washer and dryer in unit is a must! Could use improvement: - Extra blankets? There was enough for the sofa sleeper, but maybe some for just cuddling on the sofa during TV or game night? - More towels. We brought beach towels, but more than 4 for after bathing would have been nice so we weren’t washing constantly. And maybe bigger ones? These were practically wash rags. - Measuring cups? Kids wanted to make brownies after dinner one night and we were left guessing with measurements. 😆😆 All in all - great quick stay for us! Loved our time and felt comfortable! Thank you!

Great views!

With this beach front condo, the view was perfect! It was very close to the beach pathway and the elevator was always ready to use. The noise level was very low and the condo felt very cozy. Highly recommend this condo!

A little slice of heaven

This is our 6th year coming to Pinnacle Port, and our stay at this unit did not disappoint. The condo was clean, the view is great, and we fell in love with the remote control ceiling fan/lights in the living room and bedroom. ❤️

Beautiful Beach Spot!

This was our second stay here and it was just as wonderful as the last time! This is the perfect place to stay. It's right on the beach with a beautiful view and it's a quiet, peaceful community. This company did an amazing job providing everything we needed for our stay and the cleaning staff did a fantastic job! The room was spotless when we arrived and so organized! We will absolutely be returning to this place! Thank you for providing such a wonderful vacation spot!

There was an issue with door lock pad and we had to be relocated till the 3rd night. Love the location and very nice condo — was happy to get in it with help from the local office Manager after finally getting to talk to her on Monday.

Paradise on the Beach

Great location!

Overall this is a nice condo. But there are some improvements that could be made and I noticed that these are not the first time they’re mentioned. If you want to book more guests, then you should take to heart what’s been said. The bed is terrible, replace the mattress. With what you’re charging it shouldn’t be hard to afford a new one. The bathroom light/fan is extremely noisy and there is no option to use one or the other. The water is either ice cold or really hot, use caution. There were ZERO spatulas. I feel like a quick check of utensils and attention to detail is key in a rental unit. The top of the refrigerator was very dusty. Other than that, the property and beach was beautiful. The location is perfect as you are close to all the wonderful places to eat and visit along 30A. There is also a beautiful view of Lake Powell from the front balcony.
