Close to the sand!

Great place!

Perfect to walk out and lay by the pool and also be walking distance to the beach! We would take bikes to rosemary, but it was nice being slightly away from the craziness of 30A.

Beautifully Renovated & Great Location!

This studio apartment was a PERFECT place to stay for our weekend getaway to Seaside. Everything was extremely clean, great location - only a short walk to the beach and just a short drive to Rosemary/Alys/etc. It was the perfect size for my husband and myself to stay for the weekend! Would definitely stay there again!

We loved the location, very quiet area and less than a two minute walk to the beach. There is room for some improvements, the blinds to the back doors did not work well, no remote for ceiling fan (only worked if the light switch was on), no baking sheets and some dirty hand prints were present.

Walking distance to beach

Such a cute, little place. Walking distance to a beautiful beach. Very short drive to Rosemary Beach which was just gorgeous. Lots to do! Couldn’t have found a better deal so close to the water.

Almost perfect

The location is truly the best and the condo is so nice! Overall it was clean, however the couch covers could use a wash. Also, the kitchen is pitiful, very bleak so if you’re planning on going out for every meal then it wouldn’t be an issue, but if you’re staying in at all, bring supplies because you’ll need them! Also, a new coffee pot is not too expensive and would be a great addition! All of this to say, I would stay here again, but now know I need to come more prepared!

A perfect place to book for a weekend trip. Me and my friends stayed here and it was a good size for the four of us. The pool was right outside and the beach was also right there. And it was right next to Rosemary which was great. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. :)

We come to Inlet Beach every October. We absolutely love it. The place was great. Great location, good size for us. Porch that walks directly out to the pool was nice. We slept well on the bed, but could have used a bedside lamp:) and the tv was a bit of a hassle. But overall our trip was just as we needed it to be. So relaxing and beachy:) We would return without hesitation. Thanks so much!

Very clean and close to the beach

Condo was very clean. Window blinds wands were missing so you couldn’t open the blinds unless you raised them up. I’ve stayed in this condo a few times and will stay there again later this month. An inside door mat at front and back door would be great to be able to get sand off and not track it into the condo. Back door has outside mat but it stays wet from a/c draining. Complex is really quiet and in a great location with only a 2 minute walk to the beach.

Average property

We were attending a beach wedding so the location was perfect to Inlet Beach access, but it's just an average property. The rooms could use a deep clean...clean enough, but there's a bit of gunk here and there. The one larger bed (a double I think) is like sleeping in a marshmellow while the two bunk beds are rock hard and seemed short for twin sized. There are no beach towels or beach chairs (other properties offer those) and the pool chairs are rock hard plastic. The pool was clean. Overall was an ok place to stay for our purposes, but we are older and pickier than we would have been when we were young, but there weren't many options when we booked due to Spring break. Great place for a couple or family with small children on a budget. There's a charge for late check-out which was surprising to me.

Good location.

Good location. Housekeeping could do a better job. Air conditioner leaks a lot of water on patio however a bucket or bowl can fix that. Couch and chairs need cleaning. No broom for sweeping up sand. Very dusty ceiling fan. Dishwasher didn’t work. Could use a rug coming in from patio to wipe feet. You come directly from pool into condo and there is no rug. This is all constructive criticism because you pay cleaners good money to keep them clean. They just need to consider a deep cleaning now and then.

Property Management (Vacasa) Continually Interrupted My Vacation

Initially, I thought the property management's text system would be helpful. Within the first few hours of my arrival, however, I realized how many times my attention and been moved from vacation to their Q&A. After providing honest feedback about what would make our stay better, the communication became more frequent yet our concerns were never resolved. The first morning after our arrival, the owner walked into the unit without notice or a knock. Thankfully, I was right by the door on my way into the bathroom and was able to stop her from intruding any further. I asked Vacasa to stop all communication so I could enjoy the rest of my vacation without interruption but to follow up with me the day after check-out. They did not. I followed up two additional times, only missing one of their calls and they have yet to resolve the issues with my stay. Outside of property management, the unit is nice enough. You get what you pay for. It's a short walk to Inlet Beach which we loved and the pool was quiet. This unit would definitely only fit 4 people, and I recommend taking your own queen size sheets because the fitted sheet came off each night.
