This property is a LEGAL short-term rental licensed by the City of Kelowna and the Province of British Columbia.

Located in the vibrant Playa del Sol community in Kelowna’s most desirable neighbourhood – the Lower Mission – this luxe, modern condo is located across the street from the El Dorado Hotel and Okanagan Lake (Rotary Beach).

Say “Good-bye” to stressful stays in a cramped, outdated hotel room where space and amenities are at a premium!

Say “Hello” to a relaxing stay in this ground floor 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom plus Den condo.

Guests will appreciate the split floor plan which separates the two bedrooms - each with their own ensuite bathroom - allowing for maximum privacy.

Travelling for business? We’ve got you covered! Business travelers will love the private Den with ample work space, blazing fast Wi-Fi, desk and office chair.

This is the perfect place to stay to enjoy an unforgettable vacation or for the discerning business traveler.

Best Host I’ve had

We unfortunately had to leave early due to the devastating wildfires that were taking place in Kelowna. Our host Liz from the time of booking until our quick departure was the most responsive host I’ve had on VRBO. Additionally, the unit was well stocked for our stay. The unit was clean, and in great condition. I agree with other reviewers that it is hard to get to when first checking in, but directions clearly state that so read the manual and it explains the process. Hopefully, the restrictions are lifted soon so more people can enjoy this lovely unit which was perfect for our stay even though we had to cut it short. Our hearts our heavy for they beautiful people of the Okanagan.

Beautiful condo

We all really enjoyed our stay! Liz was super easy to communicate with, very accomodating, and everything was straight forward. The unit itself was incredibly clean and beautiful. The only thing that was a bit of a bummer was the initial access to the unit as it is a bit of a walk all the way around the building. But that did not affect the amazing stay we all had!

Excellent family rental

This is a great 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit on the first floor. Very clean and modern looking. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking tools. Excellent location in south Pandosy region of Kelowna. Close to beach and several great restaurants.

Everything is great except access, this is not the owners or management fault, the building design and where the unit is located especially at check in time when there’s no FOB isn’t the best first impression, other than that it’s fantastic!

Great location

The family really enjoyed this property. Roof top pool was a blast , few minute walk to beach from the condo. Liz was fantastic to deal with per the property, always responded to Any questions we had . Would definitely come back .

Piece of paradise

We brought a person who needs 24 hour support for vacation. She uses a wheelchair and the suite was big enough to accommodate her. She has assistance so it worked, may not suite everyone's needs if they don't have assistance, but for us it was great. The host was friendly and easy to reach and all of our questions were answered quickly. The kitchen was fantastic and in suite laundry was a bonus. We would stay here again.

First time in the South Pandosy

The property is excellent, well maintained and very clean. The initial walk from the entrance of the building to the condo door is quite long as mentioned. We began to feel as if we were in a maze, it's truly a bizarre layout. Once you are parked and have the fobs it is quite a bit simpler to access the condo. The condo itself is very nice, quite large as condos go and with a good floorpan. The beds and furniture were comfortable and everything was very clean. The patio is nicely equipped but I found it uncomfortable due to the road noise but that's just me. I was happy to spend my "home time" in the condo. This was definitely a good first experience in the Playa del Sol resort and the South Pandosy.

Modern and Great Location

First, thank you Liz for the opportunity to stay at your property. It was excellent. We loved the modern decor and the lay out. Liz was quick and responsive to our inquiries. We took the advice from previous reviews and packed light and used the washing machine multiple times. The beds were way more comfortable than I expected. I love that there was a den/office space that you could put your suitcases and extra items in so the clutter was out of the way. It was a fabulous idea that there was a private barbeque on her patio so we didn’t have to go to community bbqs. Although I’m a light sleeper and was woken plenty of times with the air conditioner and road noise the rest of the family didn’t notice a thing… so that’s still a win!! Thank you Liz!! I wish you much success with your property and hope to return.

Good location in the city

The layout of the condo suited our family very well, the kitchen was well stocked and any questions we had were promptly answered by the property manager. We really enjoyed using the pool tables in the games room.

Excellent high quality summer vacation accommodation

Bright and modern, well equipped condo. Super clean. Well designed. We were very happy with our stay overall. Liz was responsive regarding any questions we had. Location is great for a quick walk to the beach and kids loved the pool. Short taxi to downtown for more restaurants if you want to enjoy some of the local wines, but also lots of options in walking distance. Basil and Mint at the building was an excellent adult dinner while kids stayed in for pizza. Only concern was the noise of traffic from busy Lakeshore Drive when sitting on the patio. If you want quiet, other units in the building facing a different side would be better.

Fantastic condo and resort

This was a fabulous condo for our family vacation. Communication from Liz was outstanding and she answered all our questions quickly and accurately. We very much appreciated the pack and play for our baby! The condo was well stocked, in a great location and the BBQ and pool were awesome. We loved the place and would definitely stay here again.
