The house has 4 full bathrooms, hydronic heat, WiFi, A/C, iron, hair dryer, washer and dryer, gas fireplace, 1 car garage and heated driveway for 2 more cars. Custom furniture and electric blinds throughout the home.

The first floor holds a large ski room with everything you need to get ready for hitting the slopes. This room is equipped with boot/glove dryers, beverage fridges, storage, large screen TV, a place for all your gear to dry out. Room enough for relaxing before and after the day's activities. Also on the first floor is a guest room with king bed and ensuite bathroom and a bunk room with king bed and 2 sets of bunks, with its own bathroom, perfect for the whole family or put all the kids together.

Upstairs holds the large living room, dining area, kitchen and 2 more bedrooms. Soaring 17' vaulted ceilings with exposed steel and wood beams allow for unparalleled views of the Schweitzer, Lake Pend Oreille the Cabinet Mountains. The master bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower, 2 shower heads, water closet, double sinks and walk-in closet. The second guest room also has a king bed with views up the ski hill. Adjacent bathroom has walk-in shower and views of the ski hill.

Schweitzer is a 2 hour drive from Spokane International Airport. If you fly private, Sandpoint Airfield is only 8 miles away at the bottom of the mountain.
