Charming renovated barn, heart of the village

Located in the medieval village of Saint-Savin, this charming fully renovated barn will seduce you with its authenticity and comfort.
Whether it's hiking in summer or snowshoeing in winter, or bike breaks for cyclists, it is a paradise for sportsmen as well as a place of rest and calm.
A real cozy nest, the barn has on the ground floor a living room and upstairs, on the mezzanine, a bedroom and a shower room. Although small, the house offers all the comforts.
A small garden allows you to sunbathe and a garden shed to store, snowshoes, and bikes.
The village, a high place of heritage, is also part of the Pyrenees National Park, it is an ideal starting point to discover the different ski resorts like Cauterets, Barège, Le Hautacam, Luz Ardiden, Gavarnie and its circus, all in average, 30 minutes from the house, as well as from Val d 'Azun.
The Pic du Midi, as well as the mythical passes of Tourmalet, Soulor and Aubisque, are part of the surroundings.

Fantastic cycling base camp

The house is centrally located for many beautiful cycling climbs: komoot.com/collection/2322621/-pyrenees. The location is perfect to just ride out the door and up the famous Cols the TDF and the Vuelta visited many times. Communication with the owner was prompt and smooth. The house is super cute and very comfortable in a quiet village, with a top notch restaurant just a 2 minute walk away. The kitchen is well equipped (there is a French press, a Nespresso and a drip coffee maker) and the owner was kind enough to set us up with the basics as we arrived on a Sunday afternoon. Could not have wished for more. Highly recommended.

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve, dans le parc national des Pyrénées et cette petite grange y est pour beaucoup. Nous avons été enchanté par son confort, rien n'y manque, mais vraiment rien, tout en gardant un charme authentique. Enchanté par le magnifique village de Saint Savin. Enchanté par le beau sourire à notre accueil. Enchanté par toutes les petites intentions de la propriétaire.

Le logement est très bien rénové tout en gardant sa typicité. Il est très bien équipé : cuisine fonctionnelle, rien ne manque. Les équipements sont de qualité. Saint-Savin est un très joli village, très propre, avec de belles maisons. Il suffit de descendre en quelques minutes à Argelès-Gazost pour tout trouver. En été, c'est le paradis des cyclos et des randonneurs.

Le logement est très cosy, très propre, et très bien équipé.La literie très confortable pour nous.Le village de Saint-Savin est charmant et tellement calme : un site idéal pour découvrir le pays avec une vue superbe sur la vallée. Les propriétaires ont été disponibles et très à l’écoute, nous ne pouvons que vous conseiller ce logement , quant à nous, nous sommes motivés pour y retourner aux beaux jours !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans la maison,, qui est parfaitement équipée, confortable, et joliment décorée. Il y a beaucoup d’information disponibles dans la maison pour faire de belles balades dans la région. L’environnement est très calme, le village magnifique. Nos vacances se sont très bien déroulées !La grange était au top, il n'y a rien à dire !Très très bien équipée, dans un cadre magnifique et très calme. C'était bien reposant pour nous.Un grand merci à Geneviève pour tous ses conseils et sa rapidité dans les réponses apportées.

Un très bon séjour

Un logement confortable au charme authentique dans un village au calme et correspondant bien à l’annonce. Bon équipement et un accueil agréable. L’emplacement permet de visiter la région facilement. Une riche documentation, mise a disposition dans le gîte permet de faire un beau programme de randonnées !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Logement très cosy Tout le nécessaire est là. Bien placé à quelques kilomètres d’Argeles Gazost, au calme.
