It seems from your review that the only concern was that it did not work well for your group. I wish we would have known that you felt this way while on property and we would have certainly looked into options for you. We have other two - four bedroom units that may have worked better for you. I have checked our daily records from the hot tub tech, and do not see any issues. I wish we would have been notified of the problem as we would have certainly looked into options for you. We provide a 24 hour line to access staff, as well as sent a text during your stay asking how your stay was going. We want all of our guests to have a wonderful, relaxing stay. I am sorry that we were not aware of the issue and that you were disappointed.
