Nice clean room. Comfortable bed and cold AC. Very close to beach. Clean pool. A value for the cost. Excellent comunicstion with host. Only suggestion would be to have some type of air freshener in the room. I think it is very hard to keep an ocean side unit not smelling mildewey. Other than that...it was a very pleasant stay.

Great place highly recommend

Perfect for 4 people, the kitchen and restroom are nice. The pool area is really nice as well. We really liked the pier that we had access to from the property. Looking forward to another stay!

Air conditioning and shower water pressure were great, comfortable and pleasant, pool area is very nice and there’s a very nice peaceful spot behind pool that faces a lake , our weekend getaway was awesome

Review

The cleanliness they have planning out of towels we had the pool all to ourselves, and the view outside by the pool is very calm and relaxing There were no issues except for one small detail. The light switch will not turn off unless you turn off the switch on the wall and that turns off the ceiling fan as well. We wanted to keep the fan on but without the light at night and that did not work so we had to unscrew the lightbulbs to have some airflow but without the light so we could sleep other than that everything else was super awesome. The lightbulbs were put back on before we left in the morning.

I’d like the closest you are from the beach , that it has a decent shared pool on site . Very quite , perfect for couples is a small unit . .loved the location.

Great location & price

For the price this unit is hard to beat. I enjoy the fishing dock and being so close to the beach. The bathroom was remodeled and is very nice. I would suggest if you were staying for a length of time and plan on cooking to bring your own pans and utensils. I was also disappointed that they didn’t offer early check-in.

Water front, safe area, very clean studio apartment

We enjoyed three weeks at this property in February 2023… Check in was easy ~ text contact with support team was very easy ~ it was a safe area. The apartment was very clean and ready for us the minute we walked in… Thank you for helping us Have a great time on Padre Island.!

You get what you pay for.

Overall, great stay outside of the condo looking dingy but the inside of the condo made up for it.The only issue was communication with the owners was not up to par by any means. Tried to get in contact with somebody tied to the rental numerous times and never got a response back. Other than that we had a great time.MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE COMPANIES APP.literally didn’t have the check in instructions until other reviews told us what to do to check in and out.

As expected at this price

Property reminded me of staying in a motel 6 in terms of cleanliness and comfort. I’m not completely opposed to it my my wife was. Several dead & alive crickets at arrival. Slightly sandy floors. Shower needs a deep clean around the bottom edges, it has that old look like it has been very well cleaned. Wine glass in the fridge on arrival. Size was nice for a couple nights and quiet. The back has a nice dock to fish off, no bites on anything big on live shrimp or perch, but good to get bait fish and live shrimp with the cast net. Has a nice pool, wish it was hotter out to use it. I’d stay here again, but wife wouldn’t.

Horrible

Nothing good to say. Moldy shower, toilet runs constantly, and apparently no one owns a vacuum that manages this property. Folded out the futon and so much food an roaches came out it was disgusting. Bought sheets to out on top of bedding because it couldn’t be trusted. Didn’t even unpack because I didn’t want to bring home your bugs.

The location of this condo is great; under 10 minutes to walk to the beach. But the property is more rundown than the pictures indicate. The floors were extremely dusty, like it hadn’t been swept in weeks, never-mind vacuumed, which it desperately needed. A light came on automatically every night at the back door with no ability to turn it off which was a problem since 1/3 of the blinds are missing. If you are light or noise sensitive, this is not the place for you since I could also hear the upstairs neighbor stomping around all night. There are minimal dishes in the kitchen, no hair dryer (I didn’t even think to check if this would be included since it seems like such an obvious/ inexpensive thing to provide) and no loungers by the pool. The linens were clean and plentiful, the air conditioning work well, and the bathroom was in fairly good repair and cleanliness.

Disappointing

This condo is more rundown than the pictures seem to indicate. The floors were covered in dust, like it hadn’t been swept in weeks, never-mind given a solid vacuum, which it needs. There are minimal dishes in the kitchen and no hair dryer provided (I didn’t even think to check if that would be provided since it’s such a small expense and most vacation rentals have figured that out.) A light at the back door came on automatically every night with no ability to turn it off which was a problem since 1/3 of the blinds are missing on the patio door. If you are noise-sensitive, I wouldn’t recommend this place as I could hear the upstairs neighbor stomping around at all hours of the night. There are also no loungers by the pool. The linens were clean and plentiful, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well and the washroom was in decent repair and cleanliness.
