You'll love catching up on a good novel with a frosty cocktail on the private balcony while the private washer/dryer makes short work of those dirty clothes. Take advantage of the free WiFi to download a great playlist to your device then head down to the community fitness center for a good workout followed by a refreshing cool-down swim in the shared hot tub and pool. Don't forget to give yourself a little personal care with a trip to the community sauna.

You'll have plenty of lush green fairway to play on when you visit Oso Beach Municipal Golf Course, and the kids will love a trip to Treasure Island Golf & Games for a little miniature golf. Speaking of the kids, they'll have a blast when you treat them to surf lessons from Padre Island Surf Camp, less than a mile north.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
