On the ground floor, you'll enjoy a large, bright living room opening onto a lovely terrace and enclosed garden. Comfortable and functional, it includes a cosy lounge area with television and Wi-Fi, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and a large, convivial dining table. A master suite with a 160cm bed and en suite shower room, separate toilet, utility room and garage complete this level. The whole opens onto a vast terrace equipped with 2 tables and benches.

Upstairs, a landing converted into a TV area with sofa leads to three comfortable bedrooms (one with a double bed and en suite shower room, one with a single double bed and a dormitory with 4 single beds that can be converted into 2 double beds), a large bathroom and a separate toilet.



The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, fenced garden, 20 m² terrace, washing machine, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, heat pump, open-air parking, 2 TVs, radio.

In the vitroceramic open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided. Baby equipment available at extra cost.
