The host was awesome! The home is very clean and enjoyable. The pool was great! The private bathrooms for all the rooms is amazing - great place for a large family outing. Make sure to book this home!

Brian was an outstanding and responsive host. The home was absolutely fabulous and we are already looking at dates to return and stay there again. From the design to the amenities, Brian thought of everything. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

Our family absolutely loved this home . It was the perfect location to get out in the water by boat and also very close to grocery store . The home was extremely well kept and comfortable . The neighbors were very nice. We will definitely be back !

We LOVED this house!!!

This house was more than we thought we were getting...the pictures do not do it justice! Brian was super easy to communicate with and we will for sure stay here again!!

Fun Family Getaway

The property is gorgeous! We made frequent use of the pool, lanai, grill and outdoor seating. We had plenty of room for 7 people. Our meal at Ford’s Garage was a fun highlight along with two dolphin sightings in the Canal.

Enjoyed a family stay over Chistmas. The house is quite spacious & larger than it appears in online photos - our family of 8 had plenty of room to spread out. The 2 master suites are also very large. House was well stocked with everything we needed and there is a Publix and restaurants nearby. The tiki bar was a fun place to hang out in the evenings and catch games on tv. Had a boat pick us up right on the canal - very convenient. The pool is small, but was a hit with the kids.

Christmas in Cape Coral

We absolutely loved this home! Our family takes a trip each year for Christmas instead of buying presents. We are a group of 8 adults and this house was perfect for us—plenty of room, so clean and loaded with everything we needed! The heated pool was wonderful! Brian was very easy to work with. Nice neighborhood too. Close to restaurants and Publix.

Family Getaway

My family had an excellent 10 day stay over the holidays. The house was exactly as pictured and includes all amenities mentioned. There was plenty of space for us to all be together. The dining room table was great for the whole family gathering around the table for meals and games. We enjoyed time at the pool and at the Tiki bar. All furniture inside and out was in excellent condition and was very comfortable. Brian was great to deal with and readily accessible anytime we had questions. We would definitely recommend this property.

Place is amazing. Everything you could want to feel like home. Lots of extras the kids appreciated (eg. fishing pole, kayaks, bikes). Lots of extras the parents appreciated (pretty much everything you could’ve want from a cookware standpoint, beach towels, washer/dryer, ice maker). Pool. Tiki bar. This place is a can’t miss if you want to stay in the area.

Amazing house!

House was perfect for a group of 5 adults. Really enjoyed us all having our own bedrooms with our own bathrooms. Living room, dining area, foyer and kitchen all much bigger than they look in the pictures. Up to date, all appliances in great working order, no issues and quick communication with owner! Very accommodating!

Florida get away

Very close to downtown action and dining. House was smaller than pictures presented. Tiki bar was the best as we watched sports and listened to music in the evenings. Easy to get to.

Beautiful!! A MUST STAY!

The property was absolute amazing! The house is Big enough for a large gathering! Beautifully decorated, Fully stocked —they thought of everything! ..and the beds- Wow—very very comfortable!! The pool was chilly, but we didn’t care- it was December! The dock was our favorite area to hang out! The canal was great— allowed for nonstop fishing! Don’t pass this house up! Definetly a must stay!
