Wonderful stay!

This place was the perfect place to stay for our family. It was clean and safe for the 6 people staying in the house, including my husband's 95-year-old grandma! We will definitely stay here again.

One Night for an Early Graduation

We had 6 adults and 2 infants in town for one night to attend a 9am graduation ceremony. The house was great. Everything was clean and comfy. Kitchen was well equipped. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Host accommodated an early check-in which was very helpful with the 2 babies. Definitely a great place to stay!

Graduation Weekend

We were very happy with our stay and it accommodated our group of 7 perfectly. The neighborhood is very nice and safe and the house was roomy with lots of seating. We were very happy with the house and will be renting it again in the future.

Nice But Some Things Where Lacking

No WiFi access. No pool access. No toilet paper. Trash throughout the home especially in the living room; old ballon’s, food wrappers in couch cushions. Dirty dishes in dishwasher when we arrived.

Needed to be cleaned

The layout was nice in this house. Perfect, in fact, but the place had not been cleaned. The garbages were full, dishwasher was full, and we did not have enough linens. There was only one washcloth in master, and it was stained. The towels that were hanging did not appear to have been washed and the ones in the cabinet were thrown in there, not folded, so we couldn’t tell if they were clean. We weren’t even convinced the sheets had been changed. Lastly, the A/C really struggled to keep up and we only had it on 72. It was hot and sticky at night. Not our best VRBO stay. We stayed about 3 doors down from this one last year and did not have this experience. This one has potential but really needs attention and to be crisply cleaned before short term renters arrive—no one wants to wonder if linens are clean, nor unload dishes in dishwasher from previous stay, let alone take out others’ trash.

It was very nice. It was very clean, well furnished and it provided everything that we needed. One of the best. We would definitely recommend this as an outstanding place to stay. The next time we are in College Station we would hope to stay there again.
