Pros: fairly clean, new apartment, basic amenities provided, on the edge of downtown but it is a walkable distance to front street/downtown, short bike ride/drive to the commons, large/firm mattress which was comfortable, easy check in process and good communication, built in ice maker in freezer, bike racks available. Good for a couple due to the one bedroom.
Cons:the parking situation is awful and confusing. There are very few spots in the designated lot so we had to park in the structure which ended up costing more than $20 max per day as the description had said. Luckily we got a spot in the lot for the remaining 2 days of the trip, otherwise could have ended up spending more than $100 on parking alone. The actual apartment has some construction issues that make it feel like it was hastily built and not with quality or care: laundry doors don’t close, bathroom door did not close all the way making it impossible to lock, the left side of closet door would not open at all, the towel rack in the bathroom kept falling off, toilet paper rack looks like it was about to fall off. There was minimal furniture/decore or places to put clothing other than the closet, metal barstools and metal table for dining were uncomfortable, couch was sinking and not very comfortable.
Overall it was okay. Personally I would not stay here again, especially for the price and the parking situation and lack of attention to detail/comfort.
