Great Stay

This place was perfect for just myself and my husband. It was pretty true to the listing, and was well maintained. The area was quiet, but still within driving distance to any activity we wanted during the trip

Broken elevator

Broken elevator. Broken door going outside. Code changed day leaving so hard to leave with belongings. Unit was good and had a fabulous view. View from the swimming pool was also amazing.

June vacation Cherry Grove

Just what we were looking for. Very close to beach. Easy in and out. Parking garage was nice to park out of sun. Only complaint was the bed. I think the frame support in middle of bed is broke. Like a sinkhole in middle of bed. Other than that the unit was nice.

The condo was beautiful and we loved the balcony overlooking the ocean.However the mattress was so soft that we had back issues all week. I know that this is a personal preference for each tenant so I understand that.There were issues with noisy kids in the corridor outside our room. They were playing ball, screaming, running and ringing our doorbell. Their ball was also hitting our BR window and front door and we very jarring!When I contacted Thomas via email the I was basically told there was nothing that could be done. As a tenant I was there to relax and rejuvenate but nighttime became a problem. And that is sad.

April vacation

The condo is in a great location. It was clean. Property is well taken care of. This unit needs some updating as far as furniture. The couch came up just below my knee. I’m only 5’4”. It’s so hard to get out of. It’s so low!! I purposely picked this unit because it had a recliner. I have a bad back so sometimes I’ll move to recliner in the middle of the night. This recliner the feet part went up but when you went to get out it doesn’t go back very easily I had to yell and wake up my husband to help me get it back. I put a few pillows on the seat so it wasn’t so low. I saw people complained about mattress but they took care of it by putting a foam mattress on top. That made it ok. My suggestion to owners would be take two weeks of rent money and get a new couch and chair. The living room only has those two pieces of furniture other then end table coffee table and tv table. This would be a unit I would come back every year or longer if there iwas a comfortable place to sit at night.

Wonderful get away

Cute little condo with great views. The balcony was our favorite. Linens and towels are provided but you might want to bring your own blanket. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but fine for a short stay. There is a washer and dryer but you'll need to bring your own detergent. Finally, Cherry Grove is a great place to get away from the hubbub of Myrtle Beach. Also this condo is in walking distance to the CG pier.

Nice place but expect to make your own bed

It is a nice place, clean, great location. The only down side is that it is advertised as includes linens, and we had a charge for ‘linens including set up’ but beds were not made, and towels and sheets were actually in a box in shrink wrap. Management discounted a portion of the linen cost, which was nice. A note in the description would be good so it isn’t a surprise to people.

Perfect get away

This property was the perfect getaway. Great facility and access to the beach excellent. Easy drive to anywhere in Myrtle Beach made it convenient to spend time away as well.

Beachfront condo

This was the perfect condo for a quick weekend getaway. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waves. The bed was comfortable!

Nice condo, uncomfortable bed

This is a very nice oceanfront efficiency just east of Cherry Grove Pier. Furnishings and equipment adequate for a couple. We loved everything about the location and the unit, except the bed. The mattress was hard and slumped to the center. We complained after the first night of bad sleep, and again, and again, and were provided a gel-foam mattress topper after the 3rd night. That was a minimal fix that rescued us from red-eyed mornings with backaches. But the mattress set just needs to be replaced. Check this feature before you sign up.
