Relax after a long day of snow play in the large 7 person hot tub on the upper deck as you watch skiers and snowboarders on the slopes of Bear Mtn or zen out on the lower deck in a secluded 6 person cedar steam sauna and sweat out all those toxins from a night of bar hopping the village.

Enjoy cooking for the family in the gorgeous gourmet kitchen. Everyone will enjoy the frustration free, instant-on timered gas fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom, as well as the cozy and comfortable leather sofas with adjustable backrests.

The living room is equipment with the latest 75" Samsung 4K TV with Sonos surround sound. Master bedroom is equipped with 55" Samsung 4K TV and the Jack & Jill bedrooms have 50" 4K TV's respectively. In the game room, you will delight in hosting movie night with your snow angels in front of a massive 85" Samsung 4K TV with Sonos surround sound. All TV's are networked and you can stream your favorite content: Samsung local broadcast, Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV, Amazon Prime Video, Youtube, etc. (Personal subscription required for certain streaming services).

If you are a classic 80's and 90's arcade fans, games such as Star Wars, and Mortal Kombat as stand alone consoles are also in the game room along with a multitude of classic board games and a foose ball table. Fabulous kitchenette is built into the game room for all your snacking and drinking needs.

Need to do a bit of laundry and housekeeping? Brand new LG intelligent washer dryer stacking unit with steam are at the ready. Each of the bathrooms have installed a no-touch sensor flush toilets from American Standard.

Never get cold in the winter with central HVAC furnace controlled by a Ecobee smart thermostat with 12 remote sensors as well as dedicated direct vent furnaces in the game room and living room, both controlled by their own Ecobee smart thermostat to pump enough BTU's to melt all the snow on Bear mtn!

Upper deck has an outside dining table with built in propane center fireplace. Below on the lower deck you have an intimate seating area with a propane fireplace coffee table.
