FAMILY FRIENDLY BIG BEAR HOME with HOT TUB & BOAT PARKING

Welcome to our Big Bear home! We love the mountains, and Big Bear is the perfect get away all year long! This house is our families private vacation home, and we hope it will be your vacation home too! We have updated the house to have a clean and comfortable feel. Enjoy the feather-down couch in front of the gas-log fireplace after a long day on the slopes. Or relax in the hot tub during a snow dusting. Our home is three bedrooms, plus an upstairs loft. Each TV in the home is a "smart TV" so you can log into your own personal streaming provider. The laundry room is open for use, that way you can keep on-top of your laundry or dry out those wet snow clothes. Our home is in the Boulder Bay area of Big Bear, with summertime rentals of kayaks and paddle boards just around the corner. We have room for you to park your boat, kayak or jet skis!

In accordance with Big Bear regulations, our house can not accommodate groups larger than 10 total, with a max of 6 adults and 3 cars.

Big Bear is a quiet city, you can get a noise complaint at any time of day. Please be mindful of your noise to avoid a visit from code enforcement.

No access to the garage or master closet. A signed rental agreement is required before access to the property is granted.

Great House

This was a great house. Super family friendly as well, including anything and everything you could need. The dishwasher was broken and there were a couple little issues, but it was very easy to communicate with the property owners. We were there for Super Bowl weekend and adults and kids alike had a great time.

A Little Slice of Mountain Paradise

This was such a great, and conveniently located properly! It was close to all of the activities (Snow Mountain, the Lake, the Village, etc), and it had plenty of space. The setup of the house was great, and it was wonderful for my family to enjoy a little time away from the city. The host is extremely responsive and very communicative. I would recommend this place over and over. We will be back!

Fantastic Big Bear Stay

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely house in Big Bear! It was perfect for our family and friends. The house was spacious, offering plenty of room for everyone. The beds and couch were incredibly comfortable, making for restful nights and relaxing days. The location was ideal, with fishing spots and hiking trails just a short distance away. We especially loved the yard—it was perfect for eating outside and enjoying the beautiful pine trees. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

Big Bear cabin for the Win!

Great property! Beds were comfy, so clean, hot tub was great, location was great, hostess was very accessible and accommodating. The house was absolutely perfect. The only negative was that the trash had to be hauled off by us. This is difficult-car was packed with luggage and people, so we had to put the trash on the hood of the car. It had been snowing and raining all night and the trash fell off the car several times…getting out of the car to pick the trash up was not fun….shoes wet and we were in a hurry. The trash location given to us by the owner was closed, so we had to illegally dump the trash at a dumpster we found in town. I understand that the county does not allow rentals to have trash service, but I don’t understand why the owner doesn’t have a cleaning service take the trash. I think with the fees charged, that having trash removed would be a much better idea than asking guests to haul it off in their rental cars. The house was so great, but this was kind of a disappointment at the very end.

Nice home

My family and friends were comfortably accommodated with sleeping arrangements and space in this cute home. We enjoyed dinners at the kitchen table. The kids enjoyed the playroom upstairs. And we loved bbqing in the snow ! Only downfall was the jacuzzi was not working and looked like it hasn’t been working for some time. Other than that , we recommend this home and give it two thumbs up !

Perfect location for all your Big Bear Adventures

We had an amazing time a this cozy and well appointed home. We hit a stormy weekend and we enjoyed the hot tub and watching movies on the large screen TV. The beds were comfortable and the backyard was really cute.

Wonderful place to stay!

Perfect place for a getaway with our kids! Clean and comfortable in a really nice neighborhood. Close to the lake and town, we’d definitely stay again!

Awesome stay!

We stayed the weekend with family friends, 4 and adults and 6 children. The house accommodated is great and the backyard was a lot of fun and safe place for young kids to play. Everything was clean and as described. We’d come back for sure!

Great weekend!

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful experience! Everything was seamless, from check in to check out. The home provided all the amenities needed for our stay. It was cozy and spacious, with plenty of beds. The kitchen had a great variety of utensils and pots/pans to cook with. They even had a baby gate which was a huge plus!! Would definitely return if we plan a trip back to Big Bear.

Winter in Big Bear

Wonderful experience at this amazing big bear home. The home has all the amenities one will need during a vacation. Hot tub was soothing and the home has ample space for a large family. TV was easy to use and we loved the distance to center of town.

Dreamy Starview Cabin

This was our second Thanksgiving spent at the Starview Cabin as a family and once again we are so happy with the experience. Theresa was a communicative and helpful host. The property and home is clean and feels like home away from home!

Wonderful weekend getaway

It was our first time in the Big Bear Lake area and as much as we loved our surroundings, we were equally in love with our accommodations. The home is incredibly warm, spacious, comfy and clean. We had everything we needed and more. This was a 5/5 for us and would not hesitate to come back. Teresa, our host, was very attentive to our needs. Hope to be back soon!

Beautiful home & amazing host!

Teresa was so nice and patient with me and my family. When we got to the house you can see how well taken care of it is. Once you step inside it is breath taking. So beautiful, and cozy. We felt right at home. My kids had so much fun and my in laws were so comfortable. My husband works from home so he took his work equipment and worked from the house on Friday and he was so comfortable and the internet speed was good for him to work. We had a blast here and would gladly stay again!

Great Lake getaway

Beautiful rental and wonderful host!

The house was beautiful and cozy! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking family meals. Our favorite feature, besides the comfortable beds, streaming TVs, and soaking tub in the master bath, was the beautiful hot tub! Teresa was very responsive to my texts and was an outstanding host! I highly recommend this property! It was a great end of summer vacation!

fantastic cabin!

This cabin was such a wonderful retreat! The house was very clean and welcoming. There was plenty of needed kitchen supplies. Loved that it not only slept 8+ people, but there was so much room to hang out together in and outside. Look forward to coming back again.

This place is great!

We stayed here with our family of 8 very comfortably. There is plenty of room and the upstairs loft was a great place for the teens to takeover. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. Bathrooms were just a little cramped, but not a deal breaker for us. The furniture in the living area was comfortable and clean - unfortunately, we watched our beloved Suns lose on that big down sofa. The smart TV's were a bit challenging to set up but once we got it sorted out, it was great. Excellent internet and WiFi, there were 4 adults working without any issues. Kitchen was very well appointed, we loved all the storage and the big fridge as we did a lot of cooking. Really nice cookware, too! BBQ and jacuzzi on the patio made for perfect evenings. Lots of games and corn hole provided a perfect family get-away. Thank you to our friendly and accomodating hosts! :)

Clean and Comfortable

This was a fabulous property, very clean and comfortable for our family to enjoy a few days away. The hot tub always being hot was a bonus. Communication was easy, and the owners were very accommodating to our schedule. Highly recommend.
