Come stroll along the beach, surf, or dive—all while staying close to downtown—with family or friends in our newly renovated apartment, where you can enjoy all the moments we love.

Our 60m² apartment, located on the first floor in the heart of the “Les Clos du Roch” residence, features an open-concept living area with a living room and fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom. It can accommodate up to 6 adults and one baby.

The outdoor dining area (7m2), located on the garden level and facing due south, is furnished with patio furniture and a barbecue. A storage room will also be available for you to store your belongings.

A dedicated parking space is provided.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the essentials: dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, traditional coffee maker, electric kettle…

Bed linens and towels are provided—if you’d like the beds made, please ask Marie (5 euros per bed)

Cleaning is not included—you can ask Marie for the cleaning option (60 €). Otherwise, please leave the house as clean as you found it.
A cleaning deposit of 80 € will be requested upon your arrival; it will not be cashed and will be refunded on the day of your departure if the apartment is returned in a perfectly clean condition (including the barbecue). We offer to clean the apartment for you; cleaning service: 70 €.
The damage deposit is 500 euros and is managed by Vrbo:

. Smokers are welcome but must smoke on the terrace using an ashtray.

. Pets are not allowed.

Marie from Ty'Accueil, your on-site concierge, will welcome you to the property and can help make your stay more enjoyable. Please contact her before your stay to arrange a meeting time for your arrival and departure.

She will be available throughout your stay to assist with any requests (sheets, towels, housekeeping, babysitting, stocking the fridge, etc.).

Marie can welcome you starting at 4:00 p.m., depending on availability and any cleaning that needs to be done. If you’d like to arrive earlier, feel free to ask her.

Marie can welcome you until 8:00 PM. After that, you’ll be charged 10 euros per additional hour (until midnight).

You must vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM. If you’d like to stay later in the day, and if it’s possible, feel free
