Pullout was really in bad shape. Washer dryer were great. No plug in bathtub for baths. We enjoy being outside. Neighbor had 2 dogs that pee on her patio. On sunny hot days the smell Sent us inside. We felt the rental price was too high for the area.

I am sorry that the experience was not 100% positive. My pricing may be on the higher side. But my units is very well taken care of. Sanitized for every renter, and has all brand new furnishings. If you want good quality and clean, this condo is definitely the one. I don’t understand how a new couch and the best mattress that I could find, extra thick. Could possibly be in bad shape. Because the mattress is extra thick, it does take a lot of pressure to push it into the couch. You also have to make sure the head of the mattress is below the back couch cushions. I was in contact with renters. None of these things were mentioned to me. I encourage all renters to let me know of any problems, concerns, or anything that would make their stay more pleasant. There was nothing mentioned to me about the pullout couch, a plug for the bathtub, or the dogs next-door. Concerning the dogs next-door, I had no idea there were any dogs next-door peeing on the patio. I could have contacted the Condo association about this matter. But it was not brought to my attention until after the stay. On top of these unfortunate complaints that I knew nothing about until now. I generously purchased the Club membership for these guest as a token of my appreciation. And a Valentines Day Gift.

East Villa

Overall the two month stay went very well. It is in a great location in Green Valley. It has all new appliances and well stocked kitchen for cooking. Very nicely decorated and the neighbors on each side are very friendly. Parking spot was always available and the tv and internet worked great. Grill needs some cleaning and work but once it started it worked great. Looking for a 2 bedroom for next year or would consider coming back.

Great condo Great View

What a great place to rent! This was our second year in this unit and everything was clean and well supplied and furnished. The owner has everything you need while staying here. We just love the Mountain View from the patio ! Green Valley is the place to be !
