KITCHEN: Table top fridge, dishwasher, 2 hotplates, microwave. TV.
BATHROOM: Bathroom with shower, washbasin, separate WC.
Residence with swimming pool, 1st line, sea view, direct access to the Rochelongue Beach and close to the shops of the Rochelongue mall.
The opening of the swimming pool is subject to the authorization of the Syndic and is normally open from mid-June to the beginning of September.Beach and close to the shops of the Rochelongue mall.
A safety deposit of 400 € is required by credit card (Visa or Euromastercard).
