This comfortable 22 m² studio, with a capacity for 4 guests, offers a cozy retreat in a suburban, family-friendly area of Agde. The property is conveniently located just 200 meters from the city center and 1 kilometer from the sandy beach, providing easy access to both urban conveniences and seaside relaxation.

The studio features a charming terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying meals or unwinding in the fresh air. Open-air parking is available for added convenience, and a fan ensures comfort during warmer days. The living space also includes a TV, making it ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration.

The gas-powered kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and a coffee machine, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. Whether you're traveling as a couple, with friends, or a small family, this studio provides a welcoming and practical base for your stay in Agde.
