We loved this little place! It was perfect for my husband and I. From the location, beach supplies, laundry, stocked kitchen essentials, it had everything we needed! It was so much fun riding the bikes one minute down the road and starting each morning on the Queens Bath trail. We will be coming back!!

It was the perfect place to stay. It is in a beautiful neighborhood with a beautiful view. The outdoor shower was great and so nice to be able to wash our clothes while we were there. They had everything we needed- beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear and towels. We were able to walk to Queens Bath and Hideaway Beach. They were quick to respond to any questions we had and so kind!

Room was hot when we got here but AC finally kicked in, took a while. A curtain was down but we fixed it. Outdoor shower was creepy at night, but neighborhood was safe feeling. Overall a very good place for the money, close to Queens Bath which is way cool. Host was great, gave us good support and local tips.

Princeville Stay

This property was the perfect middle ground. Had all the supplies and amenities and the hosts made it a very convenient stay. I would highly recommend staying here. It had it all.

Awesome space and amazing location right in the heart of Princeville! Plenty of room for a family of 4 and many things to do and see inside and outside of the property. The host was available and communicative at all times. Easy check-in and check-out, super accommodating. Whatever you need or may have forgotten to bring, they already have it prepared for you. The only wish we had was to have stayed longer!

Great place to stay!!

The host made us feel so at home. They have alot of supplies to borrow for the beaches. The place is cute and in a beautiful area. And there's an outside shower, which was totally awesome to experience. We would highly recomend this place!!

Beautiful Community

Very nice home in a beautiful part of the island. Extras were appreciated (beach chairs, towels, sunscreen, etc) and proximity to the Queens Bath trail was fantastic. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Princeville Beachy Bungalow

What an awesome little place! So comfortable,clean and quiet! We were staying in Princeville to Hike along the Napali Coast. This was an unexpected gem. Love the outdoor shower and all of the surroundings are gorgeous! Close to lots of shops and restaurants and the most gorgeous beaches! We rode the bikes too- big plus! The hostess and housekeeper were delightful and helpful! Will be returning for sure.

Great Place

I stayed here two nights with my two adult daughters. We enjoyed the location, especially being able to walk to Queens Bath. We were mostly there at night to sleep and shower. The suite was clean and comfortable and met our needs. The outdoor shower was unique and fun. Communication was very good and check in and check out were easy.

Happy days!

Great communication from very helpful host. Easy to find, spacious, bright and comfortable lodgings. Loved the outdoor shower and the bikes! Enjoyed cycling locally but did not take on the highway to Hanalei. Highly recommended.

So perfect!

This place has everything, even bicycles to borrow! Private, quiet (hardly heard a rooster - three crows each morning was the end of it), great AC, plus ceiling fans and standing fans, kitchenette is well equipped. Recommend highly!

Perfect for a couple's getaway week

This rental property was exactly what we were looking for! Every possible beach amenity was provided by the host (bikes, snorkels/flippers, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler etc). Location was great, we were able to easily walk to Queen's Bath and Hideaways Beach. If you want good food that's not part of the "resort-scene" you'll have to hop in your car and drive to Hanalei, but that's only a 10 minute drive. If in Princeville, I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Location and Amenities!

My partner and I stayed here for 4 days and it was wonderful, we wish we could have stayed longer! The host Susan had great communication and provided us with everything we needed to know prior to our arrival and was available to answer any questions. The rental was spotless when we arrived and was perfect for my partner and I, and having a washer/dryer available was such a nice perk. It was so nice to get home from vacation with nothing but clean clothes! Susan even provides laundry soap, which most other rentals I have stayed in did not. Susan provides everything you could need for your beach vacation - beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler, sunscreen/bug spray, boogie boards, and two sets of snorkel gear. We used the provided bikes a few times and we enjoyed being able to go to some beautiful near by beaches without having to worry about finding parking for our car. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need to cook a meal, which we did every night. And the fridge is a nice size so we had plenty of room to store all of our food and drinks. Oh! And if you’re wanting to take the shuttle to Ha’ena State Park to do any of the hikes, the Princeville pick-up location is a quick 10 minute walk from the rental which was super convenient, especially with the 7:30am pickup time . If we’re ever back in the Princeville area, we would book again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much Susan!

A "surf shack" for total relaxation

PROS: - It was the right size for a couple; the point of going on vacation isn't to "lie around the VRBO all day" - this place was a perfect landing pad every night after a long day of adventuring and beach activities. - LOVE the outdoor shower so much that my first shower back home was downright depressing - Hosts provide you with beach chairs, towels, bug spray, and sunscreen: everything you need to go lie around on Hanalei Bay beach - Rental was right down the street from our friends' rental, the convenience and privacy was just what we needed (Gen X whining here: I am too old to share a house with lots of people!) - It was spotless when we checked in! CONS: - If you're someone who is affected by light, bring an eyemask to sleep in, there is a skylight in the bedroom. - I had to go home to my dreary mainland life at some point. No fault of the hosts, of course.

Just ok

This rental looks much better as advertised online. It's just ok, kind of run down for the price. Property manager was nice but communication was slow when we wanted to extend our stay which caused worry. I liked the outdoor shower but it wasn't comfortable early mornings or late nights when it was chilly and it wasn't private enough for my husband to use with comfort. I was looking forward to the bikes and additional amenities but they were junky and went unused. The fridge was LOUD but there was a note to unplug if it bothered us, we still didn't unplug because we didn't want our food to spoil. If you are simple and on a shoe string budget then it's worth the stay.

Perfect. The space was clean, beautiful and functional. All the amenities, from sunscreen to a coffee grinder and French press, which was perfect after buying bags of coffee from Kauai Coffee! Loved the outdoor shower and washer/dryer which made it easy to clean off and leave muddy or sandy shoes after a day hiking or on the beach. Excellent communication from the host and housekeeping, great directions, very welcoming. I did the Hanakāpī’ai Trail hike the host suggested and it was well worth it.

Perfect location for a small family

My husband and I stayed here with my 2 year old and it was perfect for us! Private, clean, safe, and close to lots of beaches and shops. There was even a high chair and toys for my daughter.
