Beautiful Studio size unit, with kitchenette, washer/dryer combo access and spacious lanai in heart of Princeville. TOTALLY REMODELED MARCH 2024 and re-equipped with portable A/C unit, new smart TV, fridge/freezer, microwave/convection oven, Keurig coffeemaker, hot plate, electric kettle, blender and toaster. Enjoy use of body boards, snorkel equipment and ice chest for beach days.
accommodates up to 4 guests with King bed and Full size sleeper sofa.
Community pool/spa and BBQs just few steps away. For anything related to the unit/reservation please message me via VRBO or call/text me directly at 760.799.2402.

Princeville studio

Very impressed. recently renovated. Well thought out design for a studio. A lot of nice touches like the magnetic removable shower head. Nice Washer/Dryer single unit that saves space, colored lights under the cabinets. Large lanai and even inside you do not feel cramped.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful property with lush surroundings. Great walk on the nearby golf course and rainbow trees! Will definitely stay at Alicia 's again!

Cozy Clean Comfortable

This was the perfect little getaway. The location was nice and close to all the places we wanted to experience. The room was clean and simple. The bonus is the washer/dryer combo because I got to wash my clothes before I had to fly back home. It was very convenient. Communication with Alicja was top notch. She was kind and helpful. I would love the opportunity to stay here again in the future.

Great place with very responsive owner

Loved the location. Nice and quiet. Parking is easy. There is AC as well. Close to everywhere we wanted to be with great views even short walks away. Owner is very responsive and helpful as well. Really enjoyed the stay.
