Very pleasant and comfortable house of 88 m2 on an enclosed plot of 400 m2 with large wooden terrace and Pergola, Garden furniture, Sunbeds, Outdoor shower, Barbecue, Plancha.
Central air conditioning in case of high heat, Wifi fiber.
Logia, Living room, TV, Fitted kitchen (food processor, toaster, kettle, coffee makers, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, crockery, glasses, cutlery, dishes, cookware), Bathroom with 1 bath and 1 shower, washing machine, Parents' bedroom with TV excellent bedding (160x200), Children's bedroom 2 bunk beds (90x190) + 1 bed (140x190).
Located in the quiet of a small street 600 m from the pretty beach of Boisvinet and 200 m from the typical Vendée town center, pedestrian street, small shops, entertainment on the port every evening.
You can do EVERYTHING ON FOOT!!! you leave the car.... and can park it under the shelter of the awning of the house.
Every Monday a local market 200 m from the house (summer and winter).
Sweetness of life in Jard Sur Mer all year round as well as in summer!

Sehr schönes Haus, komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Viel Platz, große überdachte Terrasse, saubere Räume und ruhige Umgebung. Die Vermieter sind sehr angenehm, alles hat gut gepasst. Restaurants sind zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Eine absolute Empfehlung für einen entspannten Urlaub!

Séjour très agréable dans cette charmante maison spacieuse, propre, idéalement située, très bien équipée et au calme ! Le plus : grande terrasse partiellement couverte pour profiter des extérieurs même par temps peu clément. Propriétaires très accueillants et vraiment sympathiques. Nous recommandons.

Schöne Unterkunft

Sehr nette Vermieter, dass Haus ist sauber und groß, gemütlich eingerichtet, alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Auch sehr ruhig, sehr zu empfehlen. Danke noch mal an die netten Vermieter, Betty und Bertrand!!

Superbe séjour en Vendėe

Location très propre et tout confort de plein-pied, très calme, rien ne manque ! Les propriétaires sont attentionnés et très sympathiques. La maison est toute proche des commerces et de la plage, balades possibles en bateau depuis le port ,ambiance « vacances « assurée à Jard sur mer!

Très belle prestation

Nous avons séjourné dans une agréable maison. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Tout est de qualité et cela est très appréciable. La maison se trouve à côté de tout comme cela avait précisé dans l’annonce. On recommande fortement cette location. Rien à dire. À refaire

Location au top

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette location Elle est au top Tout équipé ( on ne manque de rien ), à 5min a pieds du centre ville, très propre et très agréable Les propriétaires sont d’une gentillesse Notre seul regret est de n’être resté qu’une seule semaine C’est sur que nous reviendrons !
