Grand Nationals Cheer Competition

We were in Kansas City for a cheer competiton. This was a great place for our group! We had 13 people with an age range of 53 to 5 and it was the perfect for everyone! Close to eating and shopping but still in a quiet neighborhood.

Great place to stay!

We were a group of 12 in KC for the weekend and this place was great for us. It is centrally located and close to so many things. Everything was as pictured. It is well furnished and decorated. The kitchen & bedrooms have everything you need. Don't hesitate to book!

Comfortable!

Sometimes pictures exaggerate but not here. It was as nice as it looked. Very clean and comfortable. We had no problems. I highly recommend this property!

Overall good stay

Our family of six adults and two children had a good stay. The duplex situation was nice especially for noise and the living room areas were still large enough to accommodate all eight. It was nice to have all the bathrooms and the beds were comfortable. Had some situations that were out of the property owner hands but we had good communication and they were responsive.

We had great bbq burned tips within walking distance

Th house was vey clean and just what the pictures showed. Our extended family of 9 fit perfectly. We didn’t us the outside furniture since it was a little chilly. We even walked to a very hospitable bbq restaurant .5 miles away for a great bbq lunch.

Surprise Birthday

There were 12 of us staying at the property and we used the location to surprise my brother, who lives in KC, on his 70th birthday. The rental was a good accommodation, since some of us like to play cards and others liked to watch football. The set up was such that we could separate if we wanted but gather together when we did. The host was quick to respond to a couple of concerns we had during our visit. All in all, was good for our large group.

Great, but

The place is as represented, and in a terrific location. My issue is with the customer service we received. I've stayed in many Vrbo's, and have had much more accommodating hosts. When spending over $3000 for a weekend, I expect more. When asked if we could check in an hour or two early, I was told to check the website for fees. When paying a stiff cleaning fee, I do not expect to be asked to load and run the dishwasher before leaving. I actually teach customer service, and this was lacking.

NCAA Wrestling Championship

We were in town for the wrestling championship's. The house worked out perfect for our group of 8 male adults. The house was as advertised and I would definitely stay there again

Highly recommend

This was the perfect place for our large group. We had 6 adults and 8 kids and had plenty of room. The property manager was very responsive. We loved having 2 kitchens which such a big group.

Weekend Family Trip

The property suited us well - we spent the weekend with our children, their spouses and our grandchildren who range in age from 16 to 27 plus our 2 great-grandchildren ages 4 months and 3 years. Our only suggestion would be a cover over the patio - it was a warm weekend and we couldn't sit out there in the afternoon.

Perfect house for large groups

This property was amazing. We loved how many bathrooms and bed rooms there were. It was open from the kitchen to dinning room/living room that everyone could be together - on either side of the duplex. The outside seating was a nice touch for those that wanted to sit outside and the whole open space was for us between the two units. Overall, this place was perfect for a large group and would highly recommend.

Family holiday gathering

Our family of 8 adults and 8 children had a great stay at this property. It was nice to have both kitchens, multiple bedrooms, multiple baths and both living areas. Everyone seemed to find their beds comfortable, spaces were clean, and we had what we needed in the kitchens. The owner checked in on us (via message) and was responsive. Location was close to Target, restaurants, shopping, etc.

AH-mazing

This place was gorgeous!! It was essentially a duplex made into one! So plenty of room for multiple guests. Decor was so chic, our friends loved it! Very clean. Your rooms have a freaking sleep number in them (I don’t have that at home, so omg!!). Each room has Roku so we were able to keep up with our Survivor and NCIS. Very convenient. My boyfriend loved the soft pillows so much we looked at the tag and got online and ordered our very own!! This owner does it classy. Location is prime. Literally anywhere in KC, you’re only 15 minutes away from. We appreciate you!

Perfect Johnson county stay

Thank you for the perfect family getaway in Mission KS. Close enough to the city for a concert, Plaza strolling and Legends and Scheels. Teens loved the TVs for video games and family movie night. We will definitely return!

My son (now 12) and I moved to Kansas a few years ago because I wanted him to be in one of the best school districts with teachers who cared about his success. A few of our favorite things to do are to make memories and build. Whether that's watching hilarious cat videos on YouTube before bed or building a Star Wars lego set non-stop for 6 hours on the weekend.

You are probably thinking, "Why does this matter to me?" It matters because providing the space that others will make lasting memories is meaningful to us. It also helps us build the legacy we dream about for our small family.

High quality beds, furniture, decor, towels and even the blinds were carefully selected to ensure the best possible experience. We may not be the cheapest option, but we strive to deliver on quality, comfort, aesthetics, and ease of communication.
