Gorgeous completely renovated home just steps from the best beach. You can even walk to a few restaurants close by including Schooners. We practically snowbird here so we have the kitchen and home fully stocked with the family in mind. From a fully stocked chefs dream kitchen to beach carts for easy carrying all toys to the beach, speaking of beach toys we have a ton. 3 luxury king masters with en-suite full bathrooms. Two bunk rooms for the kids and their friends. Come to the back yard to grill out with sponge bob and play corn hole. Down in our neck of pcb it is less busy and easier to spread out at the beach. Yet you are still close to the action of Pier Park just a short drive way.

Short walk to the beach, nice house. Fully equipped kitchen. Quick response from owners for questions. If you have bigger vehicles parking can be problematic if you have more than 3 vehicles we got parking across the street so it worked out other than that it was a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend.

W just couldn't believe it would be as good as the pictures showed. But it was even better. The house was perfectly cleaned. All linens cleaned and ready for use. Garage was even well stocked with items that we needed for the beach. I couldn't be happier.
Walked to the beach every night at sunset. Quite private area
The beach was great. Nice slow slope into the ocean. Great for the kids.

Close to the beach

We really appreciated the close stay to the beach with walking back and forth every day. It was a few minutes, there was a wagon to use and other fun beach things that were provided with the house. There were 14 of us staying there and it was more than enough room in the house. Nice perk to have a hot tub, too!

We really enjoyed the condo, the pool and hot tub. The kids was able to play in it all week. Each floor had a deck, it was nice to watch the sun go down. There was so many things that was provided there, lots of sand and beach toys/chairs/ wagons/boogie boards. We had a baby with us, and there was a high chair, pack-n-play and baby pool float that was awesome to have this week. The second floor king bed was “hard” according to those that stay in that room, no other complaints. Will try to stay there again for sure!

So close to beach!

Wonderful location. Walkable to beach, some shops and restaurants. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. Well stocked kitchen for cooking.

The Absolute Best Week!

The Crabby Patty was truly everything my group and I could have asked for in a spring break trip! The house was absolutely perfect to fit 20 of us, and the short walk to the beach made the house in an amazing location! The owner, Jessica, is so responsive and happy to accommodate which really made this trip as enjoyable as it was. My group and I were so sad to leave and would love to come again! If you have a big group, this house is perfect for you!

Beautiful and close to the gulf!

Clean and totally beautiful from bottom floor to the top. The kitchen had every possible cooking item you would need. Totally love the shower in the.main floor master. It was to die for. Next visit to the area we will bring the family with us to stay there. Also I loved all the beach decorations around the house.

Family adventure in Panama City Beach

Planning a large family get together (19 people with ages from 67 to 3 yrs old) was a challenge. This property was perfect. The kids had space to play and sleep. The adults had space to relax. The pool was everyone's favorite and the hot tub was a bonus the adults appreciated. Fireworks for the 4th of July were great along the beach and no one had to leave the house to enjoy them. The beach access was really close and easy to navigate. the kitchen in this property was perfect for our big family dinners. Great place and very comfortable.

Awesome Property!!

Great trip! The house was beautiful and had all the amenities that a person would need and more. This was one of the cleanest vacation rentals that we have experienced. The kitchen had everything needed to make meals quick for a large group. Host was excellent. We were a little worried about the distance to the beach but was pleasantly surprised. The distance was actually shorter than when we stayed at one of the large oceanfront complexes once you navigate through the buildings. Definitely recommend Crabby Paddy!!

Amazing stay for large group!

We had a group of 18 and stayed for thanksgiving weekend. We absolutely loved our stay and everything about the house. The house had just enough bedrooms and activities for everyone. The large kitchen was perfect for such a large group. There was plenty of seating and chairs indoor and outdoor for us. Has two separate thermostats for upstairs and downstairs. The hot Tub and new pool were a hit with everyone. Loved having two separate balconies. Kitchen was fully stocked and we lacked nothing to cook. Bedrooms weren’t small at all. Parking was limited since the house is close to the road but we were able to park across the street at a local business with permission of the owners. Location is perfect distance from restaurants and fun things for the kids. It’s maybe 15 minutes from pier park. Walking distance to the beach without crossing busy highways. 10/10 recommend! Pictures don’t do it justice!

Amazing stay and I'll book again!

Everything in the photos is accurate. The house is half a block or so from the beach. It took less than 2 minutes to walk there. You can see the water from the third floor balcony. If you have a large family or small children, this is a great choice. We've stayed in condos and houses all through PCB and this house had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels, the kitchen is well stocked with more than what you need. I was really impressed with everything that was accessible in the kitchen. The first floor has a bedroom with 3 bunk beds and a futon, a jack and jill bathroom connected to another bedroom w/ a queen bed. There's also another bedroom w/ a king bed and connected bathroom. You also have access to the pool and hot tub and a washer and dryer. Jessica allows you to use the garage, which is super nice. She also has plenty of sand toys, chairs, wagons, and another fridge. The second floor has the living room and dining room, kitchen, balcony, and a bedroom w/ a king bed and the most amazing shower you could ask for. There's also a half bath. The third floor is a bedroom w/ 2 queen size bunk beds, a futon, games, and another bedroom w/ a balcony, king size bed, and bathroom. All 10 of us were comfortable and spread out to where we had our own space. Jessica as a host communicated well. She made sure everything was taken care of. She checked on us several times, and offered to give suggestions for places to eat, things to do, etc. Definitely a 10/10!
