Villa Ti'plage with a private pool, internet, near the lake and the ocean in Mimizan

A little piece of Martinique in the Landes: we offer you our own Creole Ti Caz, the villa Ti Plage, a colorful souvenir of our island life, very close to the ocean. Not overlooked, you will relax on the large terrace after baigné.es in the swimming pool (private :) with salt water or having tasted the pleasure of the outdoor solar shower near the large palm tree. In the evening light, you can daydream in front of the eucalyptus forest, facing west, at the bottom of the garden.

Villa Ti'plage is equipped with an internet box connected to fiber and a television.

For swimming you have the choice: swimming pool (7mx3mx1.4m with alarm), lake (3 km) or ocean (15-20 minutes by car). Cycle paths can also take you to the edge of the Atlantic.

Completely private and fenced, on a plot of 650 m2, and with a surface area of 85 m2, the villa is composed of:

- a very warm living room with its wooden framework, its equipped kitchen (oven, hood, microwave, filter and Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, dishwasher)
- three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes: 2 bedrooms with a 140 cm bed and a 3rd bedroom with two single beds
- a bathroom with double sink and an Italian shower
- a laundry room with a washing machine

A plancha has been made available for an even more pleasant holiday!

You can recharge your batteries in this green, quiet environment close to many activities (surfing, paddle boarding on the lake, pirogue, sailing, fishing, walks, mushrooms) and entertainment.
