Great Place to Stay

We enjoyed our stay and the room was very nice. Just right for a couple to spend some time together. Great views from the balcony. Very clean and cozy. Any questions we had were answered quickly by Warren Beach Rentals. Will definitely stay here again.

Great ocean front views! Walking distance to Pier Park!

Perfect location. Walking distance to Pier Park. Condo is exactly as described in pictures. One bedroom with king bed/firm mattress, one full bath off master bedroom with soaking tub/shower stall and one half bath in hall. Nice functional kitchen. Ocean front view from bedroom and dining/kitchen areas. Great weather while my husband and I were there, the beach was beautiful! We will definitely be back!

Perfect location and condo

This condo was on the 10th floor (right next to the elevator) with a great view of the water. Very clean with a giant bathroom. We loved being able to walk to the pier and plenty of restaurants. Tiki bar and two pools was a great plus.

Very Nice Condo and Views of the Gulf and Pier

The unit was as advertised, very nice kitchen, living, and bedroom with 2 bathrooms. The laundry is a plus, as was the beach lounges and umbrella. I would recommend this unit to anyone would has a small family.

We had a very relaxing time and the view from the condo was awesome.

The condo was clean and spacious for a 1 bedroom. Everything was as described. I loved that it was right near the elevator so we didn't have to walk far with our bags and groceries. One would think that it would be noisy near the elevator but we didn't hear a thing! Would love to stay again on our next visit.

This was our anniversary trip. This was a trip we needed. The condo was perfect. The Resort was awesome. From the time we pulled in, a woman helped us scan our parking pass then we seen her again and she told us exactly where we needed to go. She was so friendly. Everything was perfect. Thank you. Excellent

Condo is Exactly as seen in the pictures. Elevators at the resort were quick, no long waiting times. Location is excellent, actually less than a block away from Pier Park where there is entertainment, family activities, restaurants and shopping. The view from the condo is amazing. Owner was exceptional to communicate with and was always quick to respond to any inquiries we had! Thanks for a quick little getaway! We will definitely be back!

We were very pleased with the room. Everything was clean and organized when we arrived. Love being on the 10th floor (I don't like to be real high up), so that was perfect. Owner of Condo was awesome in helping me Thursday night, the night we arrived, because at 9:30pm there was a tornado warning just west of us and I was panicking to say the least and he text with me back and forth until the storm headed away from us. That really meant a lot to me - even though my husband was "cool as a cucumber" during all that! LOL. Warren Beach Rentals are the greatest to rent from! We've rented from them for years and the rooms are always great!

Positives: Large furnished balcony Ocean view Pier view Full-size kitchen appliances Nice pool, deck and lounge chairs Easy check-in and code as door "key" Good wi-fi included 2 minute walk to Pier Park Covered parking with easy access for just $20 for entire stay Even though unit was by the elevator, the room was very quiet 4 fast elevators Reasonable price for location and amenities Access to balcony from both living room and bedroom Bed was positioned to see the ocean Negatives: Poorly stocked kitchen Older, worn furnishings No guide for stations, and slow limited TV TV remote had electrical tape on the open back to hold batteries in Sliding glass door tracks were coated with mold The sound of water from the water heater area was 24/7 off and on One toilet continued to refill, so that sound rotated on and off

It was okay

My daughter and I had a good time. It’s really not my type of place. I don’t like having to use the elevator that much just to get somewhere. The place is due for an upgrade. If it had a remodel there would have been a lot more space. The fan didn’t work and I couldn’t find the remote for 1 tv. It may have been there but didn’t see it. The bedding is very old including pillows. But all in all it was a quick vacay that we needed.

Great location!

My husband loves to fish so it was a perfect location to the pier. And Pier Park is within walking distance too!
