This is a ready-made romantic beachfront getaway just for two (or three or four). It's NOT possible to be closer to Pier Park or the beach.

• Enjoy TWO FREE beach chairs (Mar 1 - Oct 31), TWO CHAIRS, TWO CUSHIONS, and a large umbrella set up just for you every morning, all week!!! There is ZERO cost for this service. The chairs you pick are reserved FOR YOU every day until the end of your stay. No need to rush down to get "good chairs." The regular daily rate is $35 for each set ($35 X 7 = $245 weekly value) — you're WELCOME!!!
• The ANNIVERSARY SUITE (Master Bedroom): This special space provides elegance beyond expectations. It has a high-quality king-size bed with a PRIVATE BALCONY door opening onto the beautiful beach, an ensuite bath with a large garden tub and shower, a large 65-inch HD SMART TV, and a large walk-in closet
• A beautiful Six-string Taylor Acoustic Guitar (expensive) is provided -- Make some memories!
• FREE high-speed broadband WiFi internet!!!
• Pier Park is VERY near. Only 400 feet away. Makes a great walk on the beach!
• Our king bed is 100% clean & fresh because we use triple-sheet bedding instead of comforters. When other condos have comforters, chances are they haven't been cleaned in weeks, or longer (Ewww)
• High-Quality queen-sized sleeper sofa (specially built with a six-inch mattress without the uncomfortable bar underneath). It's actually comfortable!!!

We've been married 32 years and have five children, and 5 grandchildren and we're still honeymooning:-)!!! Trips to the beach are definitely part of our 'magic.'
Ed's mother moved 35 miles north of here around 1994 so our five children grew up coming to PCB and Shell Island for family vacations. We absolutely LOVE it here and love sharing the experience with others.
We purchased a one-bedroom condo in 2009 for Ed's father to spend the winters and for our vacations, and for sharing too. We now have more than 308 reviews in our four condos with a 4.8-star average in each condo.

You get to work with Yulia, our daughter-in-law. Yulia is an immigrant from Ukraine. She put herself through college in a foreign land and our son was so lucky to meet and marry her. Yulia goes the extra mile because she LOVES making your family trip successful. She LOVES getting to know our guests and she often does extra things for birthdays, anniversaries, etc. She's wonderful and you'll love her and come back again and again like sooo many of our other regular guests.

Wow, where to even begin! I traveled here with three of my friends to celebrate graduating college. Knowing this, Ed and Yulia left us a very thoughtful graduation gift, complete with a balloon and card! This was just the icing on the cake of a wonderful stay. Unloading and parking was very easy, and the resort staff was friendly and helpful. The building is very clean and we had no issues with elevators being slow. The beach was so accessible and the chairs and umbrellas were an amazing part of our stay. The condo itself is GORGEOUS. Seriously, we felt so pampered. Everything was super clean and homey, and the decor was delightfully beachy. The view from the balcony is incredible!!! The weather was perfect too which just added to the stay. From start to finish, our trip was so easy. After seven hours of driving the smooth check in process and stay was much appreciated. Would love to come back as a reunion!
