The stay was great. We traveled with 4 teens and 2 adults for a cross country race. The beds were comfy but pillows were a bit flat. The living room and fireplace were the coziest spot to relax on the couch for a movie! The coffee/tea maker was a hit and meals were easy to prepare in the kitchen!

Fantastic Spokane Stay

Close to downtown but in a cute quiet neighborhood. The house looks small from the outside, but it has tons of room inside. The basement was a great hangout for the two kids (11 & 13). There were plenty of comfy beds for the kids and adults. This house exceeded our expectations. It was nice and quiet and we all slept well. Kitchen has all the essentials and there’s a great coffee nook that everyone enjoyed. We didn’t bring our dog, but there was the cutest dog stuff available to welcome your furry friend. Highly recommend this listing!

Extended stay

We stayed here for 12 nights while our daughter attended a speech therapy camp with WSU. The house was very comfortable for such a long stay. My husband enjoyed the sunroom a lot. The kids loved the basement. Two things I wish it had were an air fryer and a stick vacuum for quick clean ups. Would stay there again. Thank you!

We booked this property because my husband was graduating at EWU this weekend.This place is so charming and lovely. It had everything we needed and the amenities like laundry detergent and essentials for doggies was a plus! Great shower water pressure. Super clean. Tons of lighting and fans with A/C throughout the house. Well maintained backyard for playing.The mattresses are on the firm, supportive side and I would say they are best for back sleepers. Smart tvs throughout the house as well. Highly recommend. Parking can be a little challenging as it is mostly street parking if traveling in a truck, but we were grateful that we were allowed to have the passenger wheels parked on the gravel.

Beautiful, well maintained HOME with large, fenced in backyard! I was impressed with Hillary‘s quick response and flexibility from the very start.Very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, loved the king-size bed and my dogs love playing ball in the backyard!The welcome gift bag with doggy blankets and laundry soap was a thoughtful touch. I would definitely stay in this home again next time I’m in Spokane.

Charming Comfy Craftsman

We absolutely loved our stay at this Comfy Craftsman home in Spokane. It was perfect for six adults, offering a clean, comfortable space with lots of character. The location was centrally located, close to great shops, restaurants, and local activities—we couldn’t have asked for a better spot! The host was incredibly courteous, providing helpful updates and information throughout our stay. A truly calm and classy getaway—we can’t wait to come back!

Not just a pet friendly house, it’s a family friendly house.

I selected this house because we were traveling with a dog and needed a spot that was pet friendly. But that’s not the only reason to stay here. It was very clean; no signs of previous pet guests. Location is as advertised. Park is close for a walk, but need to be aware crossing the busy streets. Don’t send young kids by themselves. Neighborhood is good for walking with a couple places (coffee/restaurant) close enough to walk to.Not an issue for us, but be aware that the stairs are old and there is only one bedroom/bathroom on the main floor and the washer/dryer is in the basement. Only a problem if there are multiple people in the group who would have trouble with steep stairs. Good professional communication with the owner. Provided all the information I needed and nothing I didn’t. I’d recommend this house to others. It was a great family home away from home for a week.

Delightful Home

Quaint and welcoming centrally located home. The interior has been completely remodeled with historic charm. The host quickly responded to questions and has set up the home with thoughtful details. It is beautifully decorated and the beds and furnishings were like new. There is lots of natural light and a special sunporch were you can enjoy coffee with a view. Highly recommended!

What a Gem!

We had a wonderful stay over the Thanksgiving weekend. Communication from our host with timely and thorough. Best we have had in our many rentals. There were so many thoughtful touches to ensure our comfort that we felt we were out of town guests and not renters. The home was spotless and kitchen fully equipped. Parking was a breeze with easy on street access. Will consider this our new “go to” when we are in Spokane. The decor was tasteful and furnishings high end. And best of all….great water pressure. Since arriving in Spokane, Hilary and her husband Loren are both licensed Realtors, GOLD award recipients, helping others to find their "forever" home in the Inland Northwest.

They own and operate three vacation rental homes in Spokane: The Blue Bungalow, a 1954 mid-century two bedroom home on the South Hill, The Comfy Craftsman, an adorable 1910 craftsman located in the Downriver/Audubon area, and The Overlook Nook, a mid-century two bedroom home in the delightful Garland district. Between the three homes, they have assessed over 300 5-star reviews!
