Upscale Rockwood Boho Townhouse

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. It features two King Size high-quality mattresses, a fully stocked renovated kitchen, a large gathering area for games and family time, two bathrooms, and a small back patio. This Townhome is a duplex with no shared spaces. The driveways and doors are on separate streets. Take advantage of all the nearby attractions, such as great restaurants, shopping, and parks!
Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed. This is a family oriented building. We have wonderful neighbors and ask that you please respect their right to peace and quiet. If there is any report of a disturbance, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. No refund will be given for the remainder of your stay, along with loss of security deposit.

Heating units were totally inadequate. Cold the whole time we stayed despite keeping the three tiny wall unit heaters on all the time. Had to wear my jacket indoors constantly

Good find on South Hill. The place is well-appointed and tidy. The beds are comfortable, and the place is cozy. Bill was very responsive. Great pizza place within walking distance (all be it on a busy road).

Basic supplies in kitchen. One tv in living room - add’l tvs would have been nice to drown out street traffic. Nicer towels, toilet paper would go a long way. They were both very rough. Perhaps some fabric softener or something to make fabrics smell good. They smell like they were left on the washer too long.

Family visit

The house was easy to locate, close to shopping and restaurants and downtown. It felt like home away from home, very comfortable.

One time stay property

House is on a very busy street with short driveway. Kitchen was poorly furnished, 3 lg. plates, 3 sm. plates, 2 bowls, 1 wine glass, no salt shaker, coffee maker didn't have a pot, pots and pans looked like were from a Sunday garage sale. Didn't find the instructions for the Keurig until the last day, bottom of drawer under hot pads. No instructions for the 3 remotes on coffee table for tv. The oven was dirty. Only found 1 wash cloth for the 2 bathrooms. AC units were caked with dust, triggered allergies when we turned one back on after being off. The back yard hadn't been cleaned up since winter, and patio chairs couldn't be used because of the finish peeling off. Didn't care for the picnics table and benches for the kitchen table.This was all so unfortunate because they did a very good job of remodeling this home. This is my first ever complaint on any property.

Mini family vacation

This place was absolutely beautiful! Clean, open spaces, the rooms are sooo large which was nice for my family! Will definitely stay here again! Booking was easy, chatting with the owner was easy and helpful! Great place to stay!

Driveway needs repair

The stay was fine. But 24 hrs into visit, I was unloading groceries from our car in the driveway and tripped on the huge crack that runs the whole width of the driveway. Hospital visit averted when I hit my head, but this needs to get repaired. The next person may not be so lucky.

Great place for two couples.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. The set up is great for 2 couples. Each bedroom has a king size bed and both bathrooms are nice. There are several great places nearby to eat.

Love the Upscale Boho Townhouse

This was our first time staying at a private short term rental so I was a little nervous. I had a few questions about procedures for checkin, etc. amd a request for early check-in. The host responded quickly. This Boho Townhouse was lovely. It's in a nice part of town and has a driveway for parking. It is very spacious, clean and comfortable. It had a full kitchen and washer and dryer with soap provided. Both bedrooms are large, with super comfortable king beds. I would highly recommend this property.

Everything was wonderful.

Visiting with family and being able to have friends over for dinner was great. The location is very upscale, which I had no idea that Spokane was that diversified. It was a short but very pleasant stay.
