Spectacular sunsets!

We had a spectacular view to watch the sunset. The rooms were the perfect size and so were the bathrooms. Not a fan of the little black bugs and some updating is needed.

Great location, amazing views, ok property

This condo had amazing views, definitely the place to be for sunsets! The location is great, a short distance to Eagle Beach and Palm Beach. Easy drive to other popular spots. Good security. Nice pool (only 1 was able to be used during the stay - the other 2 were under construction). The condo itself was just ok. Loved the layout. However the unit is showing its age (which isn’t that old from what I gather) and is in need of some fresh paint, and work to hide some water damage (to the doors) or just wear and tear. Mattress in the master bed is very uncomfortable. Really did not enjoy the little black bugs everywhere. They are “harmless” but still not cool to find in your luggage, bed, and bath towels. Overall I’d recommend the property but maybe not this exact unit.

Family Spring Break

We had an amazing time in Aruba! This was our second trip to Aruba and we were torn between staying at one of the resorts or staying at a VRBO. I’m so glad we found this place at the Blue residence! This condo was amazing and the property was fantastic. Close enough to all the restaurants and beaches, but away from the crowds of people at the resorts. Our family of 5 had plenty of room, the condo was clean, comfortable, and had amazing views of the ocean. The pools were great and the staff was very friendly. Although we ate out for all our dinners, it was great to have a kitchen for our breakfast and lunches. There is a super foods grocery about a 1 minute drive from the condo. You can walk or rent a scooter to get to Eagle Beach or all the restaurants by the resorts in Palm Beach area. I would highly recommend this condo and would stay there again!

Our stay was amazing. The accommodations were excellent, the views were beautiful. The property was beautifully maintained and very relaxing.We would not hesitate to stay again in the future.

My family and I had such a wonderful stay here!! Ursula the front desk concierge was EXCELLENT. She made our stay a 10 star!! Everything was nearby for beach, excursion, and dining.The penthouse was a perfect space for my family and I , we would stay here a million times over!!!The host does an excellent job making this the place to stay for an Aruban getaway!!

Loved Location

Location was perfect for us. Short walk to the beach, medium walk to the grocery store and medium walk to Noord and the commercial area.We loved the quietness of the pool. The accommodations were superb and oh my! THE VIEW! Wish we could have controlled the temperature better in the condo. Bedrooms were a little chilly!

Worth it for the sunsets alone!

We spent a week here looking to enjoy the great weather and relax. That we did! The Blue Residence is the perfect spot for a low key relaxing vacation. This unit was the cherry on top! We made sure to be home each night for the sunsets, as the balcony is the ideal spot for viewing. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space for all. The pools on the property were great, we only went to the beach a couple of times (10-15 min walk either direction) and relied on cabs for getting out to eat. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing place to stay!!!

The property was excellent!! The staff was very kind and helpful! Great location away from the crowded high rise area but a short walk away from all the restaurants and stores. The only thing about the penthouse was the king mattress in the master bedroom should be replaced, otherwise the condo was great and had awesome views. We will definitely be back next year! Thank you for accommodating us!

Beatiful location

Overall great location and great property. Home had everything we needed and centrally located with an easy walk to the beaches and a 20 minute walk to great restaurants. Ursula at the front desk was great and communicative. We had a great trip and great stay!

A Beautiful Gem

This was our first time staying at Blue Residences. My family and I were extremely impressed with this spacious two-level condo unit that is decorated so beautifully and has a very well equipped kitchen. The property is kept so prestine and the location is in a nice and quiet area, yet short walk/scooter/bike ride to fantastic restaurants, nightlife and shopping. Ocean sunsets from the two decks were priceless and our quality family time will be cherished forever!!

Penthouse for Two

We stayed here the last two nights of our trip to Aruba. Great location and amenities for our needs after exploring the island. There is a nice walk/run or bike trail across the street which you can walk to Eagle Beach or the shops of Palm Beach. Also, close to Super Food likely the largest grocery store on the island. Don't forget your reusable bags, Aruba (thank you) doesn't have single use plastics bags!

Views with so much space!

This place is new, very well kept and the views! It was very comfortable and the balconies were the best part! We watched the sunset and relaxed each evening. We used the washer and dryer (comes with enough detergent for a few loads). They have chairs, a cooler and even tubes! Highly recommend!

Blue Aruba rentals

We enjoyed our stay once we got there! Condominium is great and decorated so cute! The problem we had was with Blue Aruba rentals they should put the Blue residents is where he place is instead of an address that doesn’t take you to the place! We had a great visit and would rent this place again!

The 9-day family trip to Aruba

The penthouse condo, with 3 ensuite bedrooms on 2 floors, was perfect for our 6-person group ( 3 couples). The rooftop deck was a great place to hang out for morning coffee, happy hour drinks, sunset, etc. very clean and comfortable. The showers were great, the AC very good (separate for each room). Location nice in that it’s quiet - in between busier hotel areas and short 1/2 mile walk to Eagle Beach. Concierge and service folks were very nice, accommodating. 1/2 mile to Super Food grocery store, which is very convenient.

Overall we were pleased with the experience, it was a beautiful place with nice views. There were quite a few sightings inside the condo of baby lizards a water bug, but other than that, it was what we expected.

Gorgeous place in a perfect location!

This is a very special unit in a perfect location. The condo is spacious, gorgeously furnished/ decorated and in a building that is located simply perfectly. Short walk to Eagle beach and all major resorts and amazing pool and other building amenities far exceeding our expectations. We could not have thought of a better place for our family and would love to come back and stay in this particular unit! Thank you very much to the management of the unit for making our check in and check out process seamless!

Our Stay

Beautiful views from the balcony. Our only complaint is the WiFi dosen't work in the any of the bedrooms. I guess because they are downstairs. This was difficult for us, as it was the only way of communication to our families at home or using our devices at night.
