We’ve kept our nightly rates the SAME as last year and added more value with a flexible rebate program you can use on the activities your family enjoys most!

Stay 5+ nights and get 50% of what you pay for:
• SHARC daily admissions

Rebate tiers:
• 5-night stay: up to $100 back ($200 in eligible receipts)
• 6-night stay: up to $150 back ($300 in eligible receipts)
• 7+ nights: up to $250 back ($500 in eligible receipts)

Simply upload your activity receipts to a link we'll provide within 3 days of checkout and we’ll send the rebate directly to the reservation holder.

The house was beautiful. There were plenty of supplies available (garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper etc.) Other houses we stayed in just have the minimum available. The host was excellent about answering questions quickly.

House is beautiful. Clean, comfortable, fantastically maintained and well equipped. Many amenities made it feel like home. Large kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture. Great tv and sound system for watching sports/movies. Didn’t use bikes but there were plenty there and of high quality. House was as advertised. Was perfect for our friends get away and we are already planning on renting again. Owners provided great communication and are very friendly. Check in/out was very easy and they provided easy to follow instructions on WiFi, hot tub, door code, etc.

Family Getaway

The home fit our needs beautifully. There were 13 of us ranging in ages from 79-2. This lovely, well appointed home gave us space to spend time together and space for everyone to enjoy some quiet alone time. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful home.

Just stay here!!

I had been eyeing this house for a couple years for my yearly ski birthday trip and I'm so glad that I finally booked it! The kitchen is incredibly well stocked for cooking and baking, we slept and entertained 14 adults comfortably, and everyone was remarking how wonderful the house was all weekend. I've been coming to Sunriver for years and this house is quite special.

Amazing property!

Wonderful home, great open living space downstair enables family/friend engagement. Could use better instructions in regards to the BBQ. Recommend less in house advertising, the flyer and pillows make you feel less "at home" and more hotel like.

Awesome House!

We come with a couple other families to Sunriver every year and this house was by far the best place we've stayed. Each set of adults had their own king bed and bathroom - and all of the bathrooms were nice. Plenty of space for everybody to spread out, an amazing rec room with pool table, a great hot tub, plenty of SHARK passes, etc. The kitchen was stocked better than the others, and even with 12 people in the house, we never felt crowded. We'll be staying here again!

Our stay over Christmas was perfect!! The house was even better than expected. Everything was clean, comfortable and well organized! Our every need was anticipated from the well stocked kitchen to the many games,electronics and bikes! The house was amazing, large and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms large, modern , and easy to use. There were even Christmas decorations up that made the holiday special!! We all talk of coming back again soon. Thank you for helping to make our family's best Christmas ever!!

Amazing Sunriver House

We LOVE this house! 3 generations of our family had the best week here. The house itself is gorgeous and each bedroom has its own bathroom which is a huge bonus!!! We enjoyed cooking many meals in the gourmet kitchen and loved sitting outside on the patio. The great room is very spacious and easily accommodates large groups all being able to sit together. Our teenagers and grandpa had lots of fun playing pool upstairs and we all enjoyed the bikes. The property owners are so wonderful and were amazing at communicating with us before, after and during our stay. I can’t say enough great things about this house. It is the perfect family retreat and we look forward to coming back!

This house has EVERYTHING!

We've rented a number of houses for groups and none comes close to this one. It's perfect in every way. It's in great condition, huge and gorgeous, and in a quiet location. The kitchen is fully stocked, not just with cooking implements, but with hordes of spices! There are two dishwashers, a huge dining room and family room. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. There are not just bicycles, but helmets, too. There are ping pong and pool tables. Everything is in proportion. The house was purpose built to serve large groups of people. We'd return in a heartbeat.

Finest of Sunriver

I have been coming to Sunriver for 50 years almost annually including 6 years of long term rental. The house is the most well thought for residential or rental use I have encountered. The construction and furnishings were executed with excellent attention to detail. Great kitchen. Everything we needed to cook was there. The living, dining and outside area was outstanding for us all to gather eat and watch movies and series. The baths were great. The bed were very comfortable. We all had great night of sleep. Everything was extremely clean. There is a obviously of pride of ownership in this house. It is located in a quite part on Sunriver but is an easy ride or walk to the village. The best house we have stayed in yet.

Dream home getaway

We are so grateful to have found this beautiful home to enjoy while celebrating a special family 80th birthday. It truly felt like a dream home. The included kitchen, bath and linen amenities ensured everyone had what they needed for a comfortable stay. Even a jar of bandaids! Having two dishwashers was a huge help in feeding 11 people. The biggest delight for our family members were the bikes that allowed us to cruise and enjoy the mass amounts of trails. Our teenage daughter, who has special needs, was able to ride her pedal assist 3 wheeled bike all throughout the wide and smooth trails. She has never rode her bike so much and it was really a gift to be able to ride as one big family. We also enjoyed playing corn hole, using the BBQ and having a nice soak in the hot tub. The ping pong table and pool table were enjoyed as well. The hosts, Kristen and Josh, were gracious and responsive. I would highly recommend staying here.

After vacationing at Sunriver for years, we finally decided to make the jump to becoming owners of this wonderful property. Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, our home offers a serene retreat surrounded by the captivating landscapes of Central Oregon. The location is perfect for families and groups looking for a peaceful getaway while still being close to a variety of outdoor activities and local attractions.

The scene here is idyllic: towering pine trees, expansive skies, and the stunning iconic Cardinal Landing Bridge crossing the Deschutes River is just a 5 minute walk away. This home seamlessly integrates with nature, offering 35 miles of paved bike and walking trails that connect directly from our backyard. These trails are perfect for leisurely strolls, invigorating runs, or peaceful bike rides through the scenic beauty of Sunriver.

This house offers the perfect mix of space and luxury but without sacrificing the cozy feel you want in a home. The PNW stylings and vaulted, cedar lined ceilings immediately caught our attention. We love that each individual or couple can have their own space but that there are plenty of common areas for entertaining and coming together as a group.

We particularly enjoy the backyard and patio area, where you can relax and watch happy families stroll and ride down the pathways. It’s an excellent spot for al fresco dining, sunbathing on the lounge chairs, or stargazing in the clear Oregon skies. The synthetic lawn with a river rock border adds to the outdoor charm, providing a lush, green space. You'll also find a large BBQ and a newer hot tub. Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, our home and its surroundings provide everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

Despite the peaceful setting, we are just a short bike ride away from the SHARC, tennis/pickleball courts, and mini golf in the Village.

Our professionally designed kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with a six-burner cooktop, Sub-Zero refrigerator, wine coolers, and almost every kitchen gadget imaginable.
