Beautiful 66 square meter apartment in the heart of the city center of Annecy and close to the lake.
Ideal for 4 people, 1 bathroom with shower.
The accommodation is located on the 1st floor without elevator.

Discover the city centre and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps".

The room has a bed 160x200cm (King Size) as well as many storage.
The apartment is equipped with a TV with international channels, high-speed WiFi, a washing machine, a Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher.
Linen will be provided for your stay.

⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.

The accommodation is on the 1st floor without elevator.

🅿️The nearest car park is the Post Office car park located 2 minutes walk from the accommodation.

Breakfast delivery possible from € 9,90 / person/ day.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake and Esplanade du Paquier is a 5-minute walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake).

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.We look forward to seeing you!

Lovely Annecy Apartment - great location

I stayed with my three college aged children. Accommodations were spacious and comfortable. Living room furniture seemed a little tired looking but linens were fresh and clean, bathroom was great and having a washing machine was a big bonus! It was quite hot the weekend we were there. I would suggest making fans available to guests since there was no air conditioning. Quick walk from train station and close to everything!! Highly recommend!

L'appartement est extrêmement bien situé et nous a permis de profiter de la ville sans voiture. Il aurait pu être bon d'avoir un rouleau de papier toilette en plus, nous avons terminé le séjour au sopalin et aux mouchoirs.

Vacances de la Toussaint 2021

L appartement est très bien placé, tout est possible à pied (centre ville, lac, gare...), l intérieur est très beau avec des matériaux de qualité et très bien équipé. Petit bémol pour le ménage (poussière, alaise du canapé avec poils cheveux et taches) et pour l absence de bonde à la baignoire (donc pas de bain possible). Nous n hesiterons pas si nous devons revenir à Annecy à relouer cet appartement ou à recontacter la conciergerie du lac pour un autre bien.

Hyper central et qualitatif

On est surtout d’emblée frappé par la qualité de la rénovation, la patte de l’architecte est visible. L’emplacement hyper central était idéal pour nous et nous n’avons pas eu de mal à nous garer en plein mois d’août dans les rues environnantes. Revers de la médaille de cette situation centrale, c’est un peu bruyant si vous voulez vivre fenêtres ouvertes. Équipements modernes et qualitatifs (les fauteuils par ex). Seules ombres au tableau : - le canapé lit pas très confortable - le Wifi un peu capricieux (nous dû redémarrer plusieurs fois)
