The house is located in the heart of Concarneau, in a quiet street and just a few steps from all the attractions and summer activities.

Enjoy the historic walled town "Ville Close" of Concarneau, the sea promenade “La Corniche”, the beaches, the lovely local bars and restaurants, the ports, shops and markets ... All leisure activities are around : diving club, crusing boats to the “Glénan” archipelago, sailing trips, boat rental, “GR34” coastline hiking…

The House :
A spacious and just renovated 3 floors house of 100m2, ideally located to explore Concarneau while also offering a relaxing retreat. Perfect for a family or friends trip but not suitable to “party” since it is a quiet residential neighbourhood.

- On the ground floor : a double bedroom, a bathroom and a direct access to a small and well-sheltered courtyard equipped with a picnic table
- On the first floor : a large living room (with sofas, a flat screen TV and a dining table sitting up to 8 guests) and a fully equipped kitchen
- On the second floor : a bathroom, a double room and a quadruple room (this room is divided into 2 fully separated spaces - It is ideal for a couple and two children)

The three bedrooms are furnished with brand new comfortable beds and mattresses.
