Bringing together the Maison de Caroline and the Nid D'Edmond, the Refuge de P'tit Louis allows you to bring together up to 18 people. Beds are made on arrival. The rental of sheets and towels are included. Courtyard green and sunny terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Wine available. Tasting at the estate offered.
The "Caroline" cottage dining room is large enough to bring everyone together around the table. This house belongs to Domaine Jean-Marc Brocard.

Beau gîte d'extérieur mais décevant au regard du prix

Un très beau gîte mais nous avons découvert à notre arrivée que la chaudière était en panne... ce qui apparemment n'était pas nouveau, ni une surprise... On nous a proposé d'allumer la cheminée et des radiateurs d'appoint mais au regard de la taille du gîte c'était très insuffisant ! Pas très agréable de prendre des douches dans ces conditions ! Autre bémol : la vaisselle n'est pas très adaptée à la taille du gîte et il manque des grands plats. Enfin, le compteur n'arrêtait pas de disjoncter...

Gîte très spacieux avec tout le nécessaire en matériel de cuisine. Coin salon très agréable, les chambres également et une très belle déco partout. Je garde l’adresse pour y revenir une prochaine fois !

J'ai passé un superbe weekend avec un grand groupe d'amis

J'ai cherché longtemps un gîte charmant qui peut accueillir 18 personnes pendant un weekend. Le P'tit Louis nous a offert le beau cadre que je recherchais. Le gîte a été rénové et décoré merveilleusement. Je voulais dîner et passer la soirée avec mes amis tous ensemble. L'énorme salle à manger/séjour de la Maison de Caroline était parfait. Mes amis étaient ravis. Valérie et Lucie était très disponible pour chaque question et demande. Je leur ai beaucoup apprécié.

Exceptionnel !!

Très bon emplacement, prés de Chablis et Saint Bris le Vineux. Spatieux et Cosy, une literie de bonne qualité, de belles intentions : bouteille de chablis, bois pour la cheminée, présence de tous l'éléctro- ménager et la vaisselle...nous avons passé un formidable week- end. Nous avons fait une excellente dégustation au Domaine Brocard!! Merci à Lucie et Valérie pour leur disponibilité :-)
