In a relaxed family spirit, we welcome you to our charming house in the heart of Royan with its fully enclosed garden. Come and discover this “all on foot” located a few minutes from the market, the port, the seafront and the beaches. 20 m from the house: Public garden of 7000M2 with 1 bowling alley and 1 basketball court
Ideal for a stay with family or friends, it has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 veranda and a quiet garden.
The configuration of the house allows everyone's privacy to be respected and offers pleasant common spaces. Wifi is accessible throughout the house.
The landscaped garden is completely enclosed. You will love this exterior for your meals with family or friends thanks to the furniture at your disposal.
The living room has many board games, sofas and armchairs.
Thanks to its fully equipped kitchen, you will feel at home:
- Fridge Freezer
- Traditional oven
- Microwave
- Toaster & kettle
- Filter coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker
- Dishwasher
You will also find a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. You will also find a travel cot for babies.
