72m² apartment located on the 2nd floor with elevator in a residence on Boulevard Frédéric Garnier, facing the sea. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. The 13m² balcony is a real bonus for enjoying the magnificent sea view. The Parc market is a 2-minute walk away, where you will find a tobacconist, newsagent, restaurant, café, bakery, and pharmacy. The very bright living room consists of a lounge area with a sofa, a television, and armchairs. Board games and internet access are available. The dining area has a large table with chairs. Direct access to the terrace is provided by French doors. This space is equipped with a parasol and outdoor furniture for your enjoyment. The separate kitchen is fully equipped (kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge/freezer, oven). A separate toilet is located in the hallway. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms arranged as follows: The first bedroom has a double bed (140cm). The second bedroom has a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm). Finally, the bathroom has a large shower, a single sink, and a hairdryer. A washing machine is available on the property. Two parking spaces are Available. PGJyPg Linen is not included in the price but can be provided upon request and for an additional fee, as can made beds. Duvets and pillows are available. PGJyPg Wi-Fi is available. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the property. PGJyPg Noise disturbances at night may result in police intervention. House rules require quiet in the residence from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. PGJyPg Accommodations are not accessible to people with disabilities. WC hors service à l'arrivée. Eau bouillante sur évier de la cuisine car pas d'arrivée d'eau froide. Intervention plombier de la conciergerie le soir pour diagnostic. Réparation effectuée le lendemain matin.La conciergerie ne s'est aucunement inquiétée du désagrément subi !

Séjour de 1o jours en famille, réservation conforme à la description. Appartement avec pièce principale lumineuse. Appartement propre , literie confortable, un très bon accueil par Sabine et toujours disponible.Le marché du parc est proche à 10minutes , boulangerie excellente et supérette. Le marché centrale est fabuleux . Notre hôte réponds à toutes nos interrogations.je recommande .

Super séjour !!

Appartement bien équipé, agréable avec son séjour et sa terrasse, idéalement placé, face à la mer et à proximité des commerces. L’équipe qui nous a accueilli est très sympathique, disponible et nous a donné pas mal d’indications pour notre séjour ! Je recommande chaudement !
