Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 14 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a sleeping area and a shower room. Sheets and towels are included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation includes :
- A 14 m² living room with TV and a double sofa bed (160×200)
- A dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A sleeping area: with a bunk bed (1 double bed (140×190) below and 1 single bed above)
- A shower room with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 7 m² balcony with furniture (1 table, 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers) to enjoy the fine weather. The loggia is covered by a vertical awning. Ocean view from the balcony.

The flat is ideally located in Mimizan, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (one space available).
